False advertisement and poor package handlers.
The tree was not 5 ft. It was only 3ft and it was supposed to be 2 trees in the big box. They only sent 1 tree. I was so disappointed. The other set I bought from them was supposed to be 3 ft but it was only 1 1/2 ft (it went to the bottom of my knees and I’m 5’7.
