Not exactly what I was expecting

It was shorter than I expected but still looks great in the garden. It has a flat bottom (not arched over bed) so we had to play with the rock bed to get it to sit correctly. It looks great in my new garden!!

Great Bridge for a small pond

I'm very pleased with the value for the price

This little bridge was very easy to put together and is more than decorative - it's an actual bridge. Some of the wood was cracked (made in ****). It doesn't appear to be stained either - I guess the coming rain showers will tell.

Missing piece.

Nice looking bridge. The wood is a tad dry and brittle so I doubt it will handle 400lbs. Mine was missing a piece that goes between the safety rail poles (Only came with 7 instead of 8) but nothing a trip to Lowes couldn't fix.

Nice Bridge

Took a while to put together - so many screws. Make sure you have a drill. It's pretty and sturdy. I really like it

Cute but sooooo many screws!

It looks nice and holds my weight. I would've given it 5 stars were it not for all the screws that it called for. My wrist was sore for a couple of days!

Very lightweight bridge

This is such a tiny little bridge, my 12 year old granddaughter makes it look so small.

I love my 5' bridge! My backyard backs up to a forest here on the Oregon coast and there's a sort of ditch area for which the bridge is perfect. For fun I did my best to match the artist Claude Monet's famous bridge in some of his waterlilies paintings. It's actually resting on the ground with heavy plastic under it to protect the wood but gives the illusion of floating over a small river. I made a faux pond and added copper covered fish statues. I highly recommend this bridge. It's easy to build though be sure to study the instructions carefully and sort all the pieces beforehand. Make sure the bottom support beam's bolts face inward so they don't show, and place the railings all facing the same direction (screws either outside or inside.)

Easy upgrade for your landscape

I had set the bridge on my bog filter for a few weeks. I do not walk on the it everyday, but the bridge is pretty firm and strong overall. The bridge is very easy to assemble. Basically just get all the screws on the pieces. While walking over, you need to avoid to put weight in the middle of the bridge because the center is connected by two pieces stub with screws. Overall, it is a good value to add to my landscape.

Be ready to have some time to assemble.

I quite like it, it wasn't too hard to assemble, and it seems pretty sturdy when it's flat on the ground. I ended up staining it red and I think it looks really nice.

It's just for looks

Although, the instructions were a bit convoluted, I do not regret buying this little bridge. Before assembling, be sure to count the pieces including bolts, washers, etc. I cannot stress this enough. Using a power drill will speed up the project but use it gingerly as the wood isn't the most solid. Too much pressure and you will split the wood. Alternatively, you could use nails which I believe looks better.

Beautiful little bridge

Wish the side rails were a bit taller and that it actually held the arch. It goes flat once walked on. However it is absolutely beautiful and suits our purposes and is strong enough for mild foot traffic. We did reinforce it underneath. For the price and if you can add the reinforcement it is well worth every penny.
