I hv ordered from this co before n loved it. This item looks great from afar. Up close, it looks artificial. A bit disappointed
The tree arrived with many
The tree arrived with many broken and bent branches. It was so badly damaged, by the time I tried to arrange the branches, it was a mess. I am still waiting to hear from you. I love the look of it, but as I said, half as many branches were broken as remained on the tree.
Tree arrived broken in several places. Very disappointed.
Very pretty but the branches are stiff & brittle and the plant arrived with some branches snapped off, leaving a large gap on one side. I contacted customer support and they replied quickly and offered a replacement but I did not save the box it arrived in and shipping back would be difficult. So if you’re thinking of ordering, keep in mind that the branches are not soft and adjustable and there could be broken branches.

5' Bamboo Tree in Black Planter
I purchased this plant because it looks really full and real...when I received it, the box was damaged by shipment and many of the leaves were off and broken branches. It looked nothing like what the photo 📷 shown. I have ordered before and the plants were great....but not this time. The packaging was not great and may have caused the damages to the plant. Not sure if I will order again.
Horrible product
I recieved my plant on 1/23 and it is damaged. I sent 3 emails about this and was assigned a "ticket" (59585) 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing. The leaves are most broken off and the planter is damage. I have not heard anything. I want a full refund. I am shocked that it has been a month and I have not had this issue taken care of. Everytime I call the number you have fo customer service no one answers and there is no way to leave a message. VERY dissapointed
