The casters are very good quality, and fit perfectly with my metal wire racks (the brand I have is Safco). The threaded shaft is 3/8-16 (coarse thread), so I could easily unscrew the standard rubber feet and replace with these casters.

These casters are rated to carry 1000 lb load. With no load they roll and swivel easily, but with a load of 600 to 700 lbs, the swivels require great effort to get the wheels pointed in the desired direction. I checked each swivel and lubricated them prior to installation. Unless the swivels loosen up over time, they are less than advertised regarding load capacity.
