Excellent table and chairs, poor packaging

The table and chairs are sturdy, strong and quality. The packaging on the other hand was cheap and poorly done. My set arrived with some ding's, but I decided to keep it.

I like the set in general. BUT! One chair is completely damaged. One leg is shorter that another, one leg is cracked, also sitting part has a crack from inside where it supposed to be attached to the back support. Also one leg

I purchased this set and I am back to look for another set. Love the color scheme but the quality is pretty bad. The wood has broke and the table top the paint color is wearing off. Chairs are breaking slowly. Easy to put together just bad quality.

Looks nice, questioning durability

Takes a bit to put everything together, think Ikea shipped in one big box. Not sure it's really wood. Looks exactly like the photo and seems durable. Still wondering if I should have paid more and got something from a furniture store that would have been better quality...

Glenwood 5 piece table and chairs.

Love the high table and sturdy chairs. The set is a perfect compliment to my dining area. I like the colors, the height, the cushion fabric on the chairs and they all come with non scratch buttons on the bottoms of the chairs and table.

Walmart Deserves negative 4 stars

The set is great...if we got the set. We were missing the legs to one chair, no big deal, we assumed this would easily be replaced. Instead, we were told the only way would be to disassemble and send back the table and all of the chairs before a replacement could be processed in which they would send another full set for us to assemble. What a hassle, but still, we wanted what we ordered so we considered it. Then we found out we would have to find a box to ship it in. This is a big table and the box was already destroyed so that was not going to work. I would never invest extra money towards fixing a mistake that the company made, if they would have offered to send a label and box to us, I would have been disappointed but at least it would have been solved. Walmart was not helpful in any way and gave us a whopping $14 to make up for us missing the parts for a chair. So now we have an incomplete set and can't even have people over to eat without someone sitting in a folding chair, but hey, at least we got back 14 out of the 350 dollars we spent back. The set deserves 4 stars, Walmart deserves negative 4.

I would not recommend this product. Have had nothing but problems with the quality of it. The first dining set shipped to me, the table was cracked along with two chairs. Another set was sent and two of those chairs where nicked or damaged. I have had it for about 6 months now and the bottom rungs on the chairs are constantly loose and I can't even get the screws to go back in (it won't thread). Don't waste your money, buy something higher quality.

Great piece for the price!

Received the table, just a few days after I ordered it. It came with all the pieces and screws. The instructions were fairly easy to understand. A couple of small scratches but nothing noticable. It's a very lovely piece. The table took about 45 mins to assemble and each chair is about 30 mins. I would recommend setting up all the pieces of the chair together and then screwing the pieces in, it made it slightly faster to assemble and you don't have to struggle with the middle pieces.

Great price, but comes with some drawbacks

Good size, and I love the gray counter table top. However, the packaging was not sufficient to protect the parts/table. My table was chipped on the corner, and had markings/scratches on the top. Some of the chairs had been chipped/scuffed. When you assemble the chair, some of the parts do not fit flush with the other parts so there is a gap. This is not in building the table, it is in the design. We had to drill a hole to make the screws fit (otherwise they would not have held the chair together). The quality seems cheap, but then again the price is not too expensive. Everything should be inspected before they ship it out.
