The instructions included were not specific to this particular fountain, and there was no indication of how to thread the tubing through the channel to attach to the pump. We finally had to run a wire through the channel and attach to it to the tubing in order to pull it through. If the tubing had been packed flat instead of coiled, this might not have been an issue. Perhaps we overlooked this in the description, but we were surprised that it requires two outlets.
I am giving this 4 stars vs 5 because one of the lights was not working when I received it. I reached out for the necessary part and it was promptly sent to me. I was able to fix it myself - and I am NOT handy! I really like it.

Fabulous Fountain
We love the fountain! The sound is so relaxing and the lights are perfect for enjoying it in the evening. We love it and highly recommend it!

7 tier water fountain
I gave a review on this product earlier and was really uphappy with the product because it was leaking. Even though I didn't have the original packaging, Overstock allowed me to return it once I found a box that worked. They gave me a refund which allowed me to be able to buy a different fountain that I was much happier with. Overstock made the process simple and easy!
Disappointed.
Doesn't look as good in person. It's more of all one color and artificial looking.
