We bought 4 of these, mounted them on blocks, stained them and inserted them to cover up vent holes in an old fireplace. Turned out beautiful!

Perfect to cover bolt holes on cherry stair project

Ripped and replaced a modern staircase with a traditional cherry rail and newels. Used these cherry rosettes to cover the bolt holes in the newels. Allowed for easier assembly and stronger joints. The result is a beautiful finished product. Everyone comments on the rosettes, nobody except my carpenter friends even realize it is a cover. Rosette was well made and ready for finish.

Great decorative finish to our front door

After the fire in Santa Rosa two years ago we needed to refinish our front door. The fire was stopped just 40 feet short of our front door but the heat was great enough to damage the trim on the door. We found these rosettes to be perfect to be ideal to regain the look we were after. They were easy to install and took paint well. Thanks for a great product.

Bookcase

Build bookcase on a cornered wall and placed rosettes on top and bottom ends, makes the bookcase pop.

Just the ticket for covering retired 4" round electrical boxes!

We could not abide standard plastic cover plates to hide the retired electrical boxes in our beamed ceiling. These rosettes covered the old holes and finished beautifully to disguise that they were actually new work.

Highly decorable.

Remodeled out\r family room with beams; put these at each intersection. I stained and then gilded portions of each. These often draw favorable notice and comments.

I found a decorative carved ball at a salvage yard for 5$ but it needed something to finish it off. I ordered this to sit on the top of the post drilled a hole where the circle is, and fitted my salvage find on top, so easy. I even called to make sure of the wood i should order, because i wanted to paint it, everyone was so helpful.
