I bought a house without a fireplace which was at the top of my want list. This was the only electric that actually looked like a built in fireplace. It definitely looks real.

The fireplace itself is beautiful. After one year the electric insert stopped working. The company will not let you buy a replacement insert. They just say they do not know to any questions you ask. They are no help at all. So the whole fireplace was a waste of money. Poor customer service. Beware.

We love this fireplace! It compliments the style of our home. Assembly wasn't bad, but I'd recommend having 2 people. It warms our living room nicely and is very realistic. Highly recommend.

This unit is as shown. We have it in our enclosed patio room. It looks great; a good size, fitting a flat screen on the mantle and the faux stonework matches well with the stucco walls. Flame is pleasing, heat is good. Fan makes a little noise.

There was a little damage to the top mantel piece. It was hidden and did not affect the the overall stability or functionality. It had to have happened before packing in a box as there was not any damage/indications on the box or foam/styrafoam packing materials. It warms up our bedroom, 200+sf, nicely. It looks great. One person could put this together but two would make it easier. Electric fireplace insert was shipped by FedEx and the mantel was shipped by UPS. This caused confusion. Also UPS took three days longer to deliver from the same location as FedEx. Had a little issue with the remote. It did not want to work with the recommended 2025 battery included. Battery was good. I put a 2032 battery in it, which is same voltage and diameter just a bit thicker, everything works fine now. Overall very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

The fireplace is fine, however the remote was and is a problem. The original one sent with the fireplace did not work at all and the replacement remote did not work at all either. It was VERY difficult to open the remote battery compartment and when I did I found it empty - no battery at all.

If you pick this . it is shipped in separate boxes. Easy to assemble. Perferably two people. But easy and quick. We love ours.

First came ahead of schedule, second this thing is one of best stone look fireplace I've seen and it's the perfect size, The flames are dope. I gave 4 star only cause I would have like to see this have a fasteners for the heating unit rather then it to relay on gravity. But all and all beautiful well made fire place.

Perfect addition to our basement living room! Arrived way ahead of time and very easy to install.

We live in an Apartment and its the perfect size, and it looks like stone, was easy peasy too put together, none of parts were missing, and was not damanged! There are more expensive ones on Amazon, and may look more realistic but we love the fame and it looks beautiful, love it, it's perfect for us. Remember this it's what you can afford and if you have a budget, this gorgeous fireplace was in ours! The heater works great, and so does the remote, not one bit noisey! We ordered the fire cracker sparately, and the crackling sound is awesome! So far so good, and our family and friends love it!..Thanks for this beautiful piece, more than I expected!...This is our review on this product, and no one told us what too write!
