The throw falls apart when washed

This throw looks fine when it arrives, but it smelled terrible because it's made in India so I washed and cold water on a very gentle cycle and it traveled all apart and it's completely unusable. I returned it needless to say.

Quality Issue - Stitching Defect

I love the color pattern of the throw/blanket (hence the 2 stars),, but it arrived with a pretty significant defect in the stitching, along one edge of the throw. It seems very likely that this will cause the throw to unravel with use or washing. It is also rather unsightly, because it shows when the throw is draped across the bed. I will be returning for a replacement.

Exactly as pictured, very well made, and of good weight. It hangs well, not super light like other throw blankets of similar texture. I have it on the back of our ivory couch and it looks great. I am using it as more decorative for color than as an actual snuggle-up blanket so it's perfect.
