The buying process gave me many choices.(I love that) When I received my order, the chips looked perfect. I love the logos. The only disappointment that I have is the case. The materials used to make it are too thin. The case can bend too easy. Overall I love my purchase.

Very nice set

Very nice quality chips. I actually changed the order to the Casino Ace set because I wasn't paying close enough attention to the distribution of the chips when I ordered. I wanted more smaller denominations. Customer service changed the order before it shipped and I was very pleased. So, I would highly recommend this company as well as the quality of the goods. Big slick chip set

I have several sets of these, I host numerous tournaments and cash games and these hold up really well. Super easy to clean and are a favorite amongst friends.

Not at all Happy

This was a birthday gift for my wife. I am an avid player and she is learning how to play and loves the game. To have paid all the money for this gift for her just to get it and to have the inside of the case completely cracked and falling apart was a huge incredibly ridiculous disappointment not only for me but devestated her. I'm not taking the time to ship It back to make her wait for yet ANOTHER set. It's extremely unfortunate and very unfair to her. She's so careful and particular about taking care of her things, it's just sad that her birthday gift has to be damaged but rest assured I WON'T purchase from you again. NOT worth taking a second risk at that cost. ESPECIALLY for her. HUGHELY disappointed. Simply NOT enough ways to say it.

500 Big Slick 11.5g poker chip set

I received the poker chips and the handle to the case was broken. It is not a metal handle but plastic and the top of the case was also dented. So being a Christmas gift to my husband I am disappointed. Now the case itself was encased in styrofoam for shipping, so I am curious why so much damage when there was no damage at all to the box it was shipped in or damage to the styrofoam.

i bought these as a xmas gift, i did open it to see how it looked... was very pleased... very nice case and the chips are heavy... what sold me on these in they have the dollar amount on them so you dont have to remember how much is on each color...

Good quality

I ordered this for a friend. It was quickly delivered. The only downside was that the case was a little damaged. I chalk it up to shipping damage. The chips are great quality and the cards are good too. Would order from them again

This set is as good as it looks in the pictures. Chips are solid and have good weight about them. Very solid carrying case makes me feel like I really have a couple million in the case
