Poor packaging - damaged cabinet.

I anticipated good package protection for a large 4 drawer file cabinet. For such an expensive item, and going with the HON brand name, vs. picking up a no name brand from anywhere else in the city, I'm unhappy. The left side of the back of the cabinet is separating from the cabinet structure. While the corners have shipping protection, the sides do not, and somewhere on the journey it took a slam and bent the structure. Won't risk shipping large items again. Better to buy in store to know condition before purchasing. For $600-$700 cabinets, I expected more.

I would have given this unit 5 stars except that the dimensions are wrong. They do not count the handles which protrude an inch. Therefore my closet doors would not close.
