I have my net up and it is working great. I did have to conserve customer support when I couldn't get the gas cylinder to fit but they sent me a smaller part to connect it to and everything is perfect now. Free and quick for getting the part, even to Canada from USA.

Sturdy but challenging set up

System seems great now that it is installed but it sure was challenging to put together! Measurements and levelling have to be meticulous for a perfect finished outcome. It is very sturdy and seemingly a quality product thus far. Happy too that there is a warranty. It will be good for many hours of playing basketball.

In ground basketball hoop

The product is sturdy and very durable. The instructions are great except the parts are not all labeled. The bolts and screws and nuts have to all be figured out on your own by measuring and counting to deductively reason. None of the posts or rods are labeled to identify what part is what.

I was fixing a Lifetime hoop that wasinstalled by someone else incorrectly. I contacted Lifetime andthere was about a week delay getting back to me (Covid), but oncethey got back to me, the rep Kyle was extremely helpful and sent newreplacement parts for free which I received within a week. Thanks somuch!

[Rewarded Review] Great Installation and Customer Service

I bought our 18 years ago and it has held up well. The pole began rusting within the warranty period and Lifetime replaced the entire system at their cost with a installer coming to our home to do the work. 18 years later the pole is rusting a bit; the anti-slamming mechanism is jammed so no dunking. Now I need a new backboard and I am not sure which one is a direct replacement.

Bad Experience Raising and Lowering

I have had my portable lifetime 54'' hoop for many many years. I have had a terrible experience lowering and raising the goal and was wondering how i could lower it and it stay at that height. I have noticed that when I lower it I must put something under it for it to barely stay at that height. I have tried "WD-40" and it moves a littlee more smoothly but still will not stay. I wanted to ask for help before I buy a new brand

The goal itself is great and my kids are loving it. I did end up missing some parts during the assembly process but its not outside the realm of possibility that my kids got into the bags. Couple quick trips to my local hardware store had me squared away in no time.

Great project with kids.

Nice and Simple

I have had a lifetime hoop for over 6 years and this is hoop is an exact twin and I am just so happy with how my hoop has held up over the years! I only had to replace the net once and the backboard is still intact with no cracks or anything! Fantastic hoop!

Missing 5 Pieces in Box - Bad Customer Service

My kit was missing 5 pieces. After calling customer service it took 2 weeks for the replacement parts to come and they only sent had of them. I called back and they said they would expedite the order. It's been a week and they still have not even shipped yet. So a month into summer and I have a post concreted into the ground with a $500 boat anchor sitting in my basement... DO NOT BUY!

I bought this Lifetime In-ground Basketball hoop 1 year ago and it is the best purchase I ever made! The kids love it and I love it also! We have spent countless evening over the past year playing basketball together. I also bought a sleeve for the pole in case I ever decide to move it. Excellent system Lifetime!

Christmas gift for grandson. He has been using it alot. He is 11 and wants to get more practice.

Broken part replacement

I contacted the customer service department and told them about the broken handle on by basketball hoop system. They quickly got the part sent to me.

Great hoop!

We bought this a few weeks ago for our 10 year old and are very happy with it! It was a 2 person job to assemble and took 4 people to set the hoop on the base pole that was cemented in. But after many hours of assembly, we are enjoying this and I believe will for many years to come!
