I cannot print label for 2 packages. Crane were not as described on website. Shows black bronze, shipped dark green gold. I submitted request for return it will not print. Not happy to have to pay shipping on item that was described wrong. I cannot print the return labels.

Light, but beautiful - they really make the island garden. These arrived surprisingly quick and very well packaged. Impressed with their size and detail. Great finish, wonder how they will weather. They are lighter than I rlexpected so will need at least another stake to secure.

This is a really beautiful statue. We have it placed next to our backyard water feature & the compliments are non-stop. Well made. I did have to make a small platform for the feet to connect to in order to stabilize it next to the waterfall, but that was easy. We are happy we bought Frasier (Crane).
