Needed to have more info regarding metal screws vs nylon/plastic screws. Which is best to use? I bought additional nylon screws (of which I was shorted one) and was told I would have to purchase the missing one. Asked to be compensated but was not given a free replacement

Needed to replace 2 sets of old vinyl shutters. Happy to have found these- nice consistant color and the sizing was spot on. They shipped very quickly and arrived in great shape. Would and will order again when need arises. Thank you!
Although the product looks good when finished, there was a lot of flashing that needed to be trimmed off, one pair was not the same size (3/8" diff.), luckily the window was wide enough to hide the problem. Also inside glue lines were bulky and clumpy and in places barely attached. Clearly post manufacture inspection or standards were insufficient.
