[Rewarded Review] Can't Use and Customer Service is Nonresponsive
There is little to no information provided on this item from the manufacturer. Furthermore, the instructions are a bare minimum and not helpful. What is provided in the instruction manual could be ascertained by common sense, as seen in the photos. Overall, the idea is good, as you can move and reposition this easily, if you can get your umbrella to attach to it. The holes that my umbrella most closely aligned with were too large for my existing bolts to thread and no bolts are included. Additionally, when I line up the bolts on one side, the other side is off and bolts cannot be inserted, as seen in the photos. My bolts would thread with the outermost holes; however, the umbrella base does not line up whatsoever with any of those holes. The instructions encourage customers reach out to the manufacturer directly with questions and concerns, which I did. They requested order information and photos, which I provided the same day that I received their email. I provided that on Monday and it is now Friday and I have received no response, although I followed up yesterday to let them know I would be reviewing today if I did not receive a response.
[Rewarded Review] Large, but easily maneuverable umbrella base
I used this for a 9' cantilever umbrella. It's large and probably more than I need for the 9'. As large as it is, the clever wheel mechanism makes it relatively easy to move around. Just pull down on the lever and the base lifts off the ground so it sits on the wheels. Easy to steer straight, right, and left. Previously I had the umbrella base supported with 2 concrete pavers and marine grade sand bags. That setup was not easy to move! The open umbrella felt pretty stable, even without added water or sand, and easy to move with the lift mechanism engaged. When filled with water, it was pretty heavy, but still no problem to pull down on the lever. Pushing it around took more effort when full, but doable. Feeling the base was heavier than needed for my umbrella, I drained some of the water to lighten it a little. Both the in and out valves opened easily and closed tight. Overall I'm happy with it. However, the product support though could be improved. The directions are silent on attaching the umbrella. Upon inspection, I determined the umbrellas was meant to be partially disassembled from the original cross base, then bolted onto the new base. But the package did not include the bolts that fit the base, so had to go to the hardware store to get short (~1") bolts, as the longer bolts I had in my shop were too long to seat fully.
[Rewarded Review] Sturdily Built. Smart Design.
The Crestlive Products 300 lbs. HDPE Patio Umbrella Base in Black is sturdily constructed with a solid steel frame on the bottom. There are 3 high quality casters for moving the unit, and the body material is HDPE the strongest of plastics available. The shipping weight is 65lbs and the reported full water weight is 300 lbs., although I was unable to confirm that. The umbrella mount is a standard four-hole mount which sits in a slightly recessed cavity on the top surface. I like this design because it makes for the most stability and least wobble. It comes with a handle which threads into the unit enabling the unit to be lifted off the wheels to that it can be moved. The cantilever design makes for easier movement, and the handle when moved left or right, turns the front wheel for maneuvering the unit. It has a single water opening which like the umbrella mount sits on the recessed portion of the unit. That may be the only thing that I don't like, because it prevents the unit from filling completely. I haven't been able to set it completely, being early spring as I write this, but the quality and design is very impressive and something I would recommend.
Umbrella base
The base is too heavy for me to move when filled with water. It does take up a lot of space on our patio. I manage to move the unit forward or backward, but have an extremely difficult time trying to position it in another direction.
Great stand with handle
I really like this stand. It is very heavy when filled with sand and water. It would be very hard to move without the handle when filled. It feels very secure when the 13 ft umbrella is attached. I would never buy a base without a handle again!
Great but not easy to move around by yourself

Looks sturdy. Umbrella not yet mounted. Hope it will align with pre drilled holes.

Great umbrella stand
This is a stable stand for a large umbrella. The wheels made it easy to move.
I ordered several different styles of umbrellas and stands. This was one of the easiest. No assembly and exactly the weight advertised. I would order more one this.
