Nice looking but shade is impossible to attach properly

This is a very nice looking lamp but it's extremely frustrating to assemble. The description says it comes assembled, but that's not exactly true. The shade must be attached, which is difficult, given its depth. I spent about an hour trying to do it and never got it right, though I'll use the lamp anyway. What makes it difficult is that you must set the shade onto the pole and then put most of your arm into it in order to screw it down. If you're 6 1/2 or 7 feet tall, this might be rather simple to accomplish, but I'm under 6 feet. I never got the shade to fit against the base, so there is a gap, making the shade unstable and giving the lamp a different look from the one in the photos. There are no manufacturer's instructions provided.

Love, love, love this lamp! Perfect for my sun room. Takes up very little room and fits perfect between windows in the sun room so my view it not blocked. The foot switch makes it easy on/off.

It’s kind of delicate so you need to be gentle.

Very unique floor lamp. Adds a bit of character to your room.

The floor lamp is not 69 inches, it is actually 59 inches. I am very disappointed.

beautiful lamp but way too dark. No matter how bright of a bulb, it remains too dark in the living room area. I had to purchase a new lamp :(

Very pleased with the item. Although, it is obvious the item is made to look unique. It has visible signs of the bamboo being bent in a way that each piece is shaped, so don't expect perfectly bent bamboo. I'm especially drawn to the unique look of the top. Looks great in our familyroom.
