I'm so grateful for this window air conditioning unit - it's exactly what I was looking for - unfortunately I was unable to install it myself (it's a bit bulky for a single woman). I tried to hire someone to come out to do it for me, however, I live in Florida and with Hurricane Milton this week they cancelled. Hopefully they'll be able to come out next week and install it and then I'll be able to comment on cooling, energy, and noise level as well as the remote control.

Imagining doing the hot day and you have have air conditioning, feel like heaven. This LG air conditioning is a saver. Very easy to install , perfect fit in the window and energy efficient. Noise level is little high but can accept it. Good price !!!

Works on a sailboat!

I am delighted with this excellent AC unit. I live on a sailboat so no windows; instead, I place the unit on top of the entrance ladder in the companionway opening. Foam seals the unit left, right, and bottom, and a washboard takes care of the top-not a perfect seal, but enough to cool the cabin.

The unit did not work. It blows nothing but hot air and the compressor never kicks on. They told me they will replace it but it could take longer than the original one I got. Got the new one and it still doesn’t cool down like it should! I’m so disappointed!!

This LG 6000BTU 115 volt 250 sq. ft. window AC unit is the fifth (5th) I've purchased in the last four years. LG does a great job in cooling of every designated room or area it's been installed in. Even my refrigerator is an LG.

LG 6000 BTU AC WINDOW UNIT

I bought this LG ac unit to help make my bedroom cooler while I sleep.Works exactly as I had hoped.My room is definitely cooler than the rest of the house and I sleep better.Too soon to tell how energy efficient this unit is,but my research shows 8 to 10 cents per hour.Only time will tell.It does make noise but not too loud in my opinion.I would buy this unit again.

Damaged product.

The product I received was damaged in shipping. You ask if I should supply pictures to show I was not lying, however, the damage being Internal, cannot be seen by camera unless I took it apart. Not simple. You refuse to refund or ask to send the item back for replacement. What is the next step to rectify this matter.
