Inconsistent Quality

The corbels arrived a day later than scheduled, though I'm not docking the rating for that. The issue was that one of the corbels was great quality and the other one was not, so much so that it had been marked with a white X, but was still sent to me. Thankfully, I was painting them, so the poor quality was covered. But if you were going to stain these, the lower quality one wouldn't work.

Used these for "feet" on kitchen cabinets. Solid wood. Several were broken at the edges from shipment.

Arrived broken, not well packaged

Arrived in a envelope, with no padding around the item and nothing hard to keep it from breaking. I live rural, gas money would cost more to return Lowes would not offer a replacement or any remedy to the situation. I had to go through a litany of fake bots and I'm not sure if in the end I was even chatting with a real person.

These are excellent. Exactly what I was expecting

This is half of my order the other half remains outstanding, arrival date unknown, no contact with updates, no tracking although overdue now by a week. These litle brackets are just the ticket for my cottage, couple of shelves in the washrooms ect.

I saw that lots of people was wondering their size so there you go. They are a bit smaller than I thought, I was hoping for 7x7" but they will do. They have a bracket at the back to hang on the wall, see photo.
