lights on the top part of the tree did not work

the top part of the tree did not fit on the bottom of the tree properly. therfore the lights on the top of the tree did not work. too much flock on the tree

It didn't look like what was on your website. The tree on your website was absolutely beautiful in the tree I got had a lot of greenery on it and you couldn't see that part of it on your website at all it was mostly snow and it was just it's ugly and I'm not happy with it I'm bringing it back to the store tonight for a refund

This tree is so pretty! I love how easily it went up and the flocking looks like real fresh fallen snow. It’s a little messy but i think that is to be expected of a flocked tree.

Had to get this tree as an emergency replacement for a vickerman tree that fell apart in my hands upon arrival. You will definitely want to get a pre lit tree if flocking is important to you. The flocking is a bit of a mess, but the tree is lovely, with lots of spaces to fill with ornaments. You will need to fluff it out a bit. Initially the top part of the tree did not stay lit, so I had to go find the right wire and reconnect it, which was a little tricky since the connection was flocked over. *NOTE ABOUT THE BASE* I used a 28.4" tree collar, and it barely fit. Would recommend 29" or wider if you want to use a collar.

I originally was not happy with this tree. Once I put it up the three bottom sections were really, really sparse. The mess of the excessive flocking was beyond what I could imagine. Fast forward to the complete package....I absolutely love it. It took lots of ornaments and ribbons but it is definitely a showpiece. Love everything about it. If I could change one thing (completely on me) I would have bout a taller one. Love that it's not a pencil tree but at the same time doesn't take up that much space.

Too sparse between sections

I wantes to love this tree, and it’s definitely supposed to be sparser by design, a look i like, but where the third section meets the first and second there are huge gaps that even a well trained tree-fulffer cant camoflauge. Might expect it from a budget tree, but not at this price point. I will have to return.

I decided to give my 12 foot Christmas Tree away. So I had been looking for the Perfect tree to replace mine for one year. I knew I wanted a partially flocked natural looking tree. One that looked like you just stumbled across it in the forest. When I found this one on your website, I knew it was exactly what I wanted! It is a masterpiece and I can never thank you enough!!

Stunning tree! I was 'going coastal' this Christmas and was concerned this might be a flocking mess - but not so! The branches needed to be fluffed and ornaments hung in the right places - then the tree looked so full, whimsical, and well lit. Once it is positioned, the flocking stays put. GORGEOUS!

Im changing my original review to 3 stars from 4, based on my personal preference. The color of the lights is just too ‘white’. I noticed it a little when we put the tree up, but now that we have the rest of our decorations up with the normal ‘warm’ lights, it looks even more blue. The tree itself is pretty with the flocking, but the lights are just not what I had hoped for. I purchased the tree early while it was still in stock but didn’t open until now so I missed the return time frame (my own fault). My first real bummer purchase from Wayfair. (Tree being reviewed is in the background).

Gorgeous Flocked Tree!!

The 7.5' flocked tree is perfect size and proportion. The tree comes in 3 sections, was very easy to assemble and fun to pull the branches into position. The stand is sturdy and there is a convenient in-line on/off switch that you can tap with your foot. . . I keep the tree lit from early morning until bedtime; adds cheer on these dismal winter days. It is so perfect, I am not even going to add ornaments! . . Comparing to flocked trees available at local box stores, this is the winner for quality and price. I ordered on a Saturday and it was delivered (free shipping!) on the following Wednesday.
