Absolutely Stunning

The tree is absolutely beautiful. It looked so life like as stated in the description and looked just like it was pictured. It was delivered before it was due to be received which was appreciated. Overall, we are very pleased and would recommend it.

Horrible Experience

I was really looking forward to this Christmas tree. My friend recommended the brand and although a bit pricey I decided to go for it. The tree came and had a huge gap/hole in it. Upon closer examination, about 2 of the branches are weighted down and are not staying upwards no matter how I tried. Also the tree is slightly twisted which may not be that big of a deal but to pay $1300 for a tree and be presented with this is absolutely disgusting. I called customer service and the support was horrible. The only reason why I have not sent this back as yet is because I had to pay someone to put it up and my husband was not around to take it down. I am returning this tree this week. I wouldn’t recommend.

It's nice but the lights burn out so quickly and replacement bulbs are difficult to find. Tree itself looks very realistic. The light patterns are really odd, there's only two we like (solid and twinkle). The other patterns are just really weird, like flashing on and off- every pattern is kind of jarring to look at.

We finally decided to get our first artificial tree and what a journey it was. So many choices at all price points and we had to keep it within reason. We have always gotten fresh Frazer Firs so decided on this one even though it was not on display in the store. The sale price was too good not to take advantage of it The tree arrived quickly and was not difficult to set up and it looks amazing. I keep wanting to water it.....lol.

So, the good: I like the different lighting options and it does seem that there is the right number of lights on the tree. The bad: the tree seems....sparse. Even after fluffing and futzing the branches it still just seems like the tree isn't full enough. I've added ribbon AND picks and it still seems like I can see into the tree too much. Not sure if I'd recommend this product or not.

[Rewarded Review] Pleasantly surprised!

After seeing $1,200-$1,600 9ft pre-lit artificial trees my expectations were low. I'm happy to say this $600 tree stacks up! It's extremely real looking and all the extremities are all flexible which allow for maximum coverage that eliminates all "bold" spots. The only issue was the extra cost I endure to buy more ordainments :)

Lots of research to find this one

We decided to upgrade from our previous 8 ft tree we had for over a decade and wow, this was the perfect choice. My wife is a researcher and dug through a lot of trees before choosing this one, and it looks great. The lights are traditional, non LEDs, it has so many branches and sub-branches with hundreds of ends. It fills in and covers, and once decorated, you can't even tell it's not a real tree. The two-tone needles make it look even than much better.

No amount of fluffing can make it look even remotely like the picture. The bottom section doesn’t come close to the floor. It is about 10 inches from the floor. I have seen cheap Christmas trees look full and lovely. This is pathetic.

Not as full as pictures

It will work. I love the lights and functions, but it is definitely not as full as the picture online. These pictures were taken after an hour of fluffing branches. I’d be happier if it was as full as pictured, but will probably keep it because there weren’t many options for 6.5 feet and I like the 900 light option. Once I decorate it will help.

Jersey Fraser Fir Christmas Tree

We replaced a blue spruce we purchased from Paddock Pools years ago. I did a lot of research on finding the perfect tree at an affordable price. This one is so much easier to put together and is absolutely beautiful once fluffed. We were even able to get it back into the original box to store which has been an issue with other trees in the past. Pleased with our purchase, our family will enjoy for many years to come.

Beautiful tree. We are florists and quite particular about our trees. Had been shopping for the right tree for several seasons. This one did not disappoint! Full but not so much that we couldn’t fit our large collection of ornaments. BTW Expect to fluff any tree if you want it to be beautiful. Realistic looking but not so stiff that ornament hooks were not secure. Lots of lights and lighting options. It has been up and lit for many weeks. Looking forward to many years of beauty!

Not bad

Altgough a little expensive, this is a nice tree and was packaged well and very easy to assemble. We spent about half an hour fluffing it and getting everything in place.

Never wanted to go artificial, as we went to the tree farm seeking out “the perfect tree” every year cut it down. 25 years of shared memories! But I developed an allergy to the real thing that I finally just couldn’t ignore any longer. This tree that I ordered is absolutely beautiful and so life-like! Tall, full, triangular, with the option to have lights on as white or colored - and they’re already built in! Sturdy branches for my most delicate porcelain ornaments. Wonderful shape and structure. Can’t wait until next November when I’ll get to put it up for the next Christmas season. It’s just perfect! If we had to go artificial, this makes it all worth while. 3

Pretty hard to beat

For the money, we expected a lot out of this tree. Out of the box, I thought, "no way is this tree going to look good". I was really wrong. Put it together and started fluffing the boughs, and it filled out very nicely. Lot of lights, with several different functions in both color and white. Only complaint is that one bough did not have lights wrapped around it. However, there are so many lights on the tree, we were able to manage to hide it almost completely. Throw some sparkly garland on the tree and you won't even notice. The tips of the boughs have very realistic branches and needles while the interior branches are less realistic and just fill out the greenery. Great compromise to keep the cost in check. If it's in your budget, it's a great option to consider in this size and with this lighting flexibility.

Beautiful, realistic tree

Upon unpacking our 12 year old ( but good quality) pre-lit Christmas tree, we realized after an hour of wasted time, that several light strands would not light.

hope you are luckier than i am

i recommended it for one reason without a doubt a beautiful tree, realistic branches spread easily for a complete fill of what would be bare spots. looks nearly as full as the picture. room to hang ornaments and the 800 lights make a big difference. however, workmanship and durability is questionable and yet to be determined, thus the 2 star rating . first tree delivered had tips coming off during set up and lights didnt work due to smashed socket and wires hanging loose. returned to store and got a second delivery. this time tried the lights before setting up and again they didnt work, found another wire pulled out of the socket. rather than return it i was able to reinsert the wire and crimp it tight. these were our 2nd and 3rd tree delivered. the first was from balsam hill. return was a hassle. strongly suggest purchasing from a local store even if on line so it can be easily returned if necessary. the tree for now is up and running and every bit as beautiful as you could hope for. this tree has to be perfect as it us used solely for antique hand down lenox ornaments. keep your receipt, two year warranty,

A Top Quality Tree

This year we were looking for a quality tree compared to the cheap trees we were getting from our local big box stores. I can honestly say WOW! It looks so realistic. I like the fact that the branches are low to the ground, around 5 to 7". There are several different light settings to match any mood. Also, National tree offers a couple of tree toppers that will match the light show (changing light colors and scheme) along with the tree. Its very easy to assemble and quite a bit larger that we expected across the bottom, which is fine. Take your time fluffing out the branches and I think you'll be pleased with the look of your new tree.

Beautiful Realistic Tree!

After spending a full month researching online for a new faux Christmas tree and most likely having read thousands of reviews on hundreds of trees, I finally selected this one. My wish list included specific size restrictions, the desire for a tree that was as realistic as possible with PE tips, and most importantly that it could be shipped to my home overseas. Time and again, my search led me to National Trees as the ones that met my main desires and Overstock ships overseas. Win-win! The Dunhill model certainly seems to be the most popular with lots and lots of positive reviews. I nearly decided on that one but I wasn't thrilled to purchase another fully PVC tipped tree after a daily vacuum cleaner bag full of PVC particles from our 20 year old tree during the past few holidays. Also, the top 1/3 of the Dunhill tree seemed a bit too sparse in the photos while the Jersey Fraser Fir seemed to have a fuller top section which appealed to me. Negative reviews for all National Trees generally were in regards to lighting issues on pre-lit trees or people who had issues with "fluffing" and found their tree too sparse looking. I wasn't specifically looking for a pre-lit tree as I already own a nice set of LED lights. I've had several faux trees over the past 30-some years so know how to fluff a tree. I could take those issues in stride. There are videos on YouTube to help to master the technique of fluffing. The Jersey Fraser Fir has a lot of wow factor. It is a very fresh and healthy looking deep blue-green/forest green shade. The lighting wires and PVC tips match in color very closely and that impressed me before even taking the tree from the shipping box. Yes, there are PVC tips in the back branches but they are needed for fullness and to make hanging stringed ornaments easier while not damaging the PE tips with too much abrasion. Every single fir tip on the tree (both PE and PVC) bends so you can manipulate as needed. The outer branches almost all web out into 4 sections at the outer edges so the tree finishes up with a very full lush appearance once all the branches have been fluffed. Both the stand and the tree are very stable and could probably withstand a cat climbing into it without toppling over. As for the negative points, reviews that said the tree was too sparse have as much merit as those that say it is very full. When placing the tree next to a large window, we can see right through it and all of the wires and whatnot within! The tree is quite hollow in the interior, rather like and open umbrella with metal spokes. That weak point in design wasn't as noticeable when we tried it out in a corner. So, it will most likely need some extra garland, ribbon, or pine sprays to create more filler to camouflage and block sun light in our desired location. The lights were actually a bit too bright for us when we tested them. But, when I added in our LED lights there was a major wow factor! That was a pleasant surprise. Imagine finding the perfect tree at the tree farm. It's a deep healthy looking color, the size is perfect, it's been pruned to perfection. Best of all, you don't have to cut it down, get it home, wire it with lights, water it, and you can keep it for many years to come. That's this tree! We are very pleased with this selection.

Very Disappointed

Previous to purchasing this tree, I had read some very negative reviews and some good ones too. I wish I had paid attention to the negative ones. As someone had indicated, the tree we received looks nothing like the one depicted online. The first thing my husband had to do, was repair a wire that was completely cut through. Without the repair, the lights wouldn't work. The tree went together easily, and we tried our best to "fluff" it. When that didn't work, we watched the demonstration that National Trees has online. It made no difference to the appearance of the tree. It remained sparse with gaps so large, the tree's "trunk" was easily visible. We packed it up and took it back the very day it arrived at our house. I am inclosing photos of the tree so others can decide for themselves whether or not to buy one.

This is a stunning tree! I wanted a large, tall tree to place in front of my sunroom window....and this is perfect! We received many many compliments on it from family, friends, and neighbors. It contains a lot of lights, which really showcases its beauty. We did initially have a blown fuse due to the large amount of lights, but my husband easily remedied that by plugging the upper 1/2 of lights onto one socket, and the lower half into another. Problem solved! The only concern I had was finding proper storage containers to hold it after the holidays. It required TWO containers (each supposedly capable of holding a 12-15 foot tree). I definitely recommend this beautiful tree! Well worth the price.
