The tree is great but the service was awful. It was not delivered as we were told it could be. We had to pick it up. My 85 year old husband with a bad hip and my 82/year old body dragged it to our car and loaded it while your employees stood around. We learned that we can not shop with you.

The Disappointing Christmas Tree!

This Christmas Tree is Pitiful!! I would NOT purchase this tree!! Does NOT look like the Picture that you’re looking! The lights are not staying lit! I will be returning if that’s a POSSIBILITY!!! Very Dissatisfied customer!!!

Fantastic unique tree

Love this little tree. You do need to fluff each branch, but that’s expected with trees. The lights are beautiful and the tree is super well made. The tree has the tradition old style branches in the back but the from twigs are very realistic, that new rubber/plastic, and it does have light to dark green. I do wish it looked more like the photos in the aspect of the long branches that stick out more thought out. But I love it! Second tree I bought from HOME DEPOT and both are amazing!!

Im not sure how any one gave this tree five stars. It looks like it belongs in a fish tank. Awful.

Full lights, great branches

I receive so many compliments on this tree! The lighting is full and the branches especially look really good. There is just the right amount of space in between the branches to hang ornaments and have the new minimalist-like look. (I still have maximalist-level ornaments, but if you don't, it would look great for you). Two Christmases in, still going strong.

Light didn’t work after 6 weeks

The lights stopped working and customer service wouldn’t refund me or replace because over the time limit

You get what you pay for

This tree is not great but for the price I guess you can't expect the greatest

Tree arrived damaged, I returned it with out issue. Definitely a beautiful tree but it was out of stock after I returned it. I would highly recommend this tree to anybody!!

Tree Elegance

We downsized from a much larger tree and we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this tree looks in our space. It's unique style makes it noticeable. We are extremely happy with it.

Nice Christmas Tree

This tree was a gift to my son and his wife for their wedding. They love it! It is a beautiful tree and very life-like. Sparse enough for room to hang ornaments and to give a casual look. The dog likes it too.

Arrived early. Good value. Easy to assemble and fairly easy to repack in box for storage. Decent quality for the price.
