The tree delivered on time, but. It was not white frosted like it was supposed be. The frosting had turned a very dark brown, it was even dark brown on the lights. Very ugly tree !!

I love this tree!

This is a great tree. Simply stunning when decorated. There’s enough for him to display the ornaments beautifully. That was a problem on many other trees. Extremely easy to put together, and almost no snow shed. A lot more lights than most other trees, which is a big plus. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Very easy to assemble. It loses a bit of flocking while decorating but that is to be expected. I'm very happy with the purchase. The slim profile is great when space is at a minimum plus storage is simple.

This is a beautiful tree by itself. Easy to put together, excellent shape. The only flaw that they don’t have it on a 7 or 7.5 ft size.

Small section of lights stopped working

Very pretty tree. But after getting have the decorations up a small section of lights went out. We replaced every light, tested the lights on areas that were working, tested the fuse. And can't find why this one small section of lights are out. I am now seeing why so many people prefer the non-lit trees. Luckily it is a small area so it isn't super noticeable. But still it was expensive and we notice it. We just don't have the time to take it down and return it and do it all over again (cause no one has extra time during holidays) so warning others instead. Very pretty - But if i could do it over would get a non-lit tree.

Gave it a try

I was hesitant about pre-lite trees. I gave in and ordered one. Of course the middle section didn't work! This is a pretty tree in general. I just don't want to be bothered with a faulty tree and now I have to pay to ship it back! Not a happy customer when the tree is faulty.

I love it!

So beautiful!! I love the flocking, it looks like a real tree in the forest after a snow! Not too wide, fits perfectly in the corner of the living room. I only wish I had a bigger house so I could put up another one!

Overall low quality

The lights are strung from mid branch to mid branch, giving the tree a cheap look. The flocking is well done and thorough. The sloppy wiring is not enough for me to return it, but is disappointing.
