As I began to put the tree together and fluff out the branches, the bottom and middle sections look great. I put the top section on and as I began to fluff out the branches, they were not in a tapered shape. It looks like a stovepipe on top. I tried to call the support number 888-494-7278 which states they are on EST and not open. I tried twice between 11AM and Noon and they ended the call. I live in EST. I'm frustrated with the results. I'd like a refund or a new top section. Totally unacceptable. While I had a promo code, the Wayfair website had no place to enter it. This is my first purchase from Wayfair, not sure I will place any orders in the future.

This is not the tree I received. The tree I received is bare and there is a foot space between the bottom of the tree and the floor. The tree I thought I was getting had branches all the way to the floor, and ,was much fuller in the picture shown. I don't have time to send it back and replace it, so I'll have to chalk it up as a loss for me! Disappointed in you Wayfair!

We have a small house and needed a thinner tree. We are very pleased with our purchase. The quality exceeded the price! All aspects from ordering to delivery updates and delivery were very customer friendly. Glad we bought our tree this way. Would recommend it to others! It fits perfectly in our living room!

This is the tree with 400 lights on it. I thought that would be enough but needs another100 if you are light crazy like me. I love this tree. Perfect for my limited space LR. I had to move a lot of things but totally worth it. It sheds some but real looking as opposed to the rubber feeling ones are going to.

Out of the two I ordered purposely not lit, not prelit, this is the one I kept! I have been seeking a slim tree for a couple of years after a previous tree was just worn out. I decided to go with a tree purposely nonlit, as the lights seem to always be the issue when you have to get rid of a tree. This one was great, a good price and a nice tree. I grabbed some boxes of lights from Walmart and I'm ready!

Terrible, terrible tree. I made a mistake with this one, and didn’t put it up until past the return date. Super sparse, weak branches that won’t hold most ornaments, sheds like crazy and the “needles” are like paper. I have so much regret. Don’t be me.

This tree is perfect. I was looking for a slim tree for a small library. Most of the slim trees have no shape and look like arborvitae. This tree is shaped very nicely and looks like a Christmas tree and not a “bush”. Great price and shipped in 2 days!

I was disappointed in this Xmas tree. It was supposed to be a spruce tree and it is not. It is also not very full so you can see through the branches. Basically, it looks like a cheap Xmas tree of poor quality. I won't be using it. I gave it away.

I had purchased the 6ft pencil tree, and after setting it up, it didnt look 6 ft. It was extremely small. I measured it, and with the stand, it was 5.5 feet. It looked like a Charlie brown christmas tree. I would size up if youre expecting it to be 6 ft.

Was a little disappointed that right out of the box one of the limb brackets "says" to make one limb hang lower than the rest.....AND an individual branch frond was not secured well and fell off ten minutes into setting up. Was not "very lush" or "cashmere" as suggested in the description. Well, I've duct taped the front on and turned the saggy limb to the back of the tree.......so it will suffice

It is taller than I thought. Put it together and it shows promise. Left it up for several months before I took it down. Was looking nice although I did not decorate it. Took it down to wait for Christmas, but then did not put it up. Perhaps this coming Christmas.

This tree is the perfect size for a small space. I wanted a slim, but tall tree for my office and this fit the bill! It’s full and sturdy and beautiful! I’ve had it for several years now and am very happy with how it’s held up! Highly recommend!!!

This tree is super easy to set up. Three sections and the most time-intensive part of the entire process is spreading out the branches/limbs. Great buy since I snagged this on sale ... just enough for what I needed and light enough to put it up on a coffee table as the room's conversation piece.

I have never had an artificial tree before, but I decided to buy one this year. This tree fit in the corner of my living room perfectly. I love the narrow base and the height of it. My sea themed ornaments looked great.

Tree required fairly easy assembly. Shaping was necessary but not difficult. I recently sold my home and am temporarily renting so I did not want to get a larger more expensive tree. Fits my needs very well for this holiday season.

Very Poorly Made

I bought this slim Christmas tree in August when there was a sale. Consequently , I did not open it until it was time to put up the tree. To my shock, this tree was very poorly made. It doesn’t matter which way I turn it, it looks horrible. The leaves are just chopped any which way so the tree I received bears absolutely no resemblance to the picture displayed. To say I’m horrified that Home Depot would sell this to a customer is putting it mildly.

Happy with the quality, height, and girth of tree. The spruce material was easy to manage. 65 tree is a perfect size for a small apartment. I can tell this will survive several holidays. I gave it 4 stars because mine has a slight tilt when standing upright. Not obvious nor a deal breaker, but an eye sore. Im still satisfied with my purchase.

Very pleased with this tree. I needed a taller, slimmer tree due to lack of space, and was hesitant to pick out a tree on-line. Arrived quickly. Easy to put together. Take the time to fluff the branches. Part of the reason I chose this one was the number of tips on the branches. Fluffed out, this is very full with no bare spaces (if you position the branches properly). Decorated, I'm very happy. I chose an unlit tree as I like adding my own lights and have heard from others how pre-lit trees lose their lights after a while. I wrapped 4 100-light strings and 2 smaller strings - looks great.

This tree is beautiful! It’s full and bigger than I had expected for a slimmer tree. It fluffed out full, and super easy to assemble. I fluffed each branch and I put the sections together. I like how each year I can change the lights or keep what I have for next year. Definitely recommend this tree.
