Perfect size

This tree was just the right size for my corner. Had a larger flocked tree that I just couldn't handle anymore. Looks realistic and the flocking is done very well. The birch base is a nice touch.

Base broke before it was together

Arrived today and being returned tomorrow. Placed tje first section into the base and as i straightened beamches it fell all the way into the plaster and laid to the side. Do not buy this.

Just what I was hoping for

Horrible tree......Angry Customer

After a week of being up the tree just broke completely off the base, crashing to the floor with all my precious ornaments going with it! Had to prop it up. To return it, I have to bring to the store, they could not even pick it up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had to order another tree and re-decorate AND buy new ornaments. Customer service did not care...AT ALL. Their system was mysteriously down on 3 phone calls which are outsourced to another country.

the tree comes in three sections the middle section has way more flock than the top or bottom section and it is a pre lit tree but the top section does not light up for that reason I do not turn the lights on very disappointing the overall look of the tree fullness and shape are very nice.

Incredibly pleased and I'm super picky

I rarely write reviews however this company makes such a great product I felt obligated to post. We purchased the 7.5 ft lighted flocked tree and I told my hubby...this was clearly made by a company that actually takes pride in what they do. FYI, for best results I learned to spread out each branch. It looked so good with minimal "fluffing" that it took me a few days to realize that if I spread out each branch it looked even better. It's a slim tree so it doesn't overwhelm the room and it makes a wonderful presentation. Nicely done factory workers nicely done!

Absolutely stunning pencil tree

I absolutely LOVE this flocked tree! It’s full and the branches are sturdy. I’m so happy with this purchase!! I added more lights (from Walmart)

The tree itself, is beautiful and perfect size for apt. living, elegant, plain or decorated, it's so pretty, however, the base? Only went for one Christmas, then, we had to buy a base, wrap it (the trunk) w/ towels to stand up and then wrapped it w/ an Xmas skirt so u couldn't see. Still have, but now a bedroom tree for guests! Still pretty tho! Base, no good. Not for long haul.

I had originally planned to use these by my front door but they were so beautiful I wanted to be able to enjoy them myself. They were perfect beside my TV stand.

Love this sweet pencil tree

I can't say enough about this sweet pencil tree. It fits perfectly in a nook, a corner, in front of a window. It was so easy to put together and I love the base being a pot instead of a stand. You don't even need a tree skirt. I'm sorry I don't have a picture with the tree lights on at night. It is breath taking with the lights on.

Broken parts

The tree itself is beautiful and what was expected. The base was broken where you insert the tree into the base. Two trees this year with bases/urns instead of stands and both flawed. Broken or crooked.

lovely tree but lights went out after a week!

I loved this tree as soon as I set it up. it was the perfect size and shaped nicely. so, it was a HUGE disappointment when half of the top lights went out after only a week. I know I can return it, but a new one won't be here until right before Christmas and it's already decorated!

Perfect tree for my dining room. Wanted second tree for my special ornaments. Is thin enough for a smaller space. Lights make the tree! Love it
