Broken tip, no reply from Customer Service

Love this palm - but the tip-top piece is snapped in half and i've been repeatedly asking for a replacement (just of the top piece!) -- without even the courtesy of any reply. Unfortunate, as I love their products. But after two months of requesting just a teeny bit of help I can't say I'd recommend this company. This is my last-ditch effort to get someone to kindly respond.

I received the wrong item

I received the wrong item and was advised not to try to exchange it as the stock was low. I just sent the item back for a refund. Very disappointed.

Very happy with my Kentia Palm tree! It adds the perfect touch to my room. Came on time. Packaged well.

Few branches, poorly packaged.

I am really surprised at how carelessly this item was shipped. It was just put in the box without anything to support it, and during the journey, several leaves were broken off, and many were bent beyond straightening out. Also, there are very few branches on this item, and it does not look nearly as full as the picture implies. I also couldn't make the branches fan out in a symmetrical fashion, as they are mostly plastic with very little wire inside. Now I have to lug this thing back to the store. :-(

Very nice tree for the price. It doesn’t look cheap @ all. I put it on the corner of my dining room & it looks beautiful. It arrived in a very good packaging & received it quick. I love Home Depot’s artificial plans for my home! Decent prices & good quality!
