Great quality. Absolutely real looking, esp the trunk. The tree is awesome.

This tree is great. Much more realistic than I was expecting. Takes a little time and patience to style but once it’s done it’s great. Only negative I can see is that it’s super top heavy in a little pot. But if you set it in a larger pot and anchor it ( like with rocks) it’s great!!

Perfect for my space!

I needed something for a corner in a guest bedroom and this was perfect. Natural looking and easy to shape.

Nice tree to look at from a distance. Many leaves and branches broke off when I gently opened them up, mostly from the top where they were bent completely over to fit in the box. Papery leaves. Overall I was disappointed at the quality but since there are no stores around me and the hobby stores have about the same quality, I will keep it. Fortunately it is for a corner folks don't tend too get close to.

The tree was lovely, but the planter and the cement that secured the plant in place were shattered. It made for a big mess and the tree became dislodged. Hopefully the replacement will be in better shape.

This company is a joke

I just received my $200 tree and it came in a box with the top leaves sticking out all covered in tape. I have called the company numerous times and can NEVER get a live person on the phone; nor anyone to call me back. I would not recommend anyone buying from this company. I would attach a picture of the box with the top of the tree sticking out but I don't see an option here to do that.
