Problems

This greenhouse has been a headache over the last few months. Bought it in the spring of 2023. Made it through the winter with not a problem. The panels have become very brittle and break easily and I can’t find a good replacement for them. Some will blow out in heavy wind. Overall this product has been a great disappointment.

So frustrating

A lot of the frame pieces were bent, the screws stripped out really easily, so when the horrible instructions didn't show which way to install the roof brackets, we weren't able to get them back out. If the instructions were half decent, the install would have been way easier. With the "Customizations" we were forced to do to make it work, I'm hoping it's a good little greenhouse. As is... would recommend finding something else.

Parts missing screws. Contact the mag. They said they were going to send the screws. It been five days no screws so I bought them at a hardware store they are mm. But I found them. The greenhouse comes in 2 boxes. The one you could tell it had been open and returned. Any how I got it together. It's a nice greenhouse . The wife likes it

Although we have yet to assemble this 10' x 14' greenhouse, due to less than ideal weather conditions, we know it's fabrication will be without problems, as it was purchased from Wayfair. For our Zone 6A location, a green house will offer us the opportunity to enlarge our 365 days of gardening project. Once up and ready for those first rows of lettuce, spinach, kale, carrots, and more I will review the actually assembly process of fabrication.

The Manufacture is worthless

The manufacture is worthless and will not support the product they sell. I even offered to purchase replacement parts for failed parts on this greenhouse. They do not support you after your purchase...They just don't care. Just take your money, provide an inferior product. Beware.

I can't speak for the quality or value of the greenhouse because I never got that far. Shipping boxes arrived heavily damaged with parts all over the floor of the UPS truck. Refused to accept. Customer Solutions was very helpful.

Christmas present

Disappointed in the structure. Not sure if it was damaged on the truck or left the warehouse that way. One box was sent back and another came damaged but was left. The door does not latch very well. The price was what i could spend so next time I will spend more if this one does not hold up.

Missing parts dented frame

Nice product that is a perfect size for backyard use. It does take 2-3 people to put together over several hours. You will need an anchor kit to secure it and a floor of your choice. We used rubber mats.

Don't be in a hurry waiting for replacement parts

I received it with damaged panels. Reported it with pictures on 14 Oct. Instead of replacing them, they offered me $50 and said they could still be used. After some e-mail discussion on the 15th, they agreed to replace them agreed on the 17th. I explained to him the urgency with this because I have a team ready to go and the weather is good for now. he responded on the 18th "We have just urged the manufacturer to produce the parts and send them to you asap".

Ok but it gets too hot for plants to grow

It's wonderful and useful BUT the vent windows which don't fully close because the screws holding the window hinges interfere. I had too remove the hinge so the window will completely close.

When it was delivered we were missing several parts. I called and had to send pictures of the contents and of the boxes but after about 3 weeks we finally got all of the parts that were missing. Their customer service people were very easy to work with. The doors don't work the best but nothing that we can't live with. Over all we are happy with the product.

The greenhouse I purchased was of decent quality considering the price I paid. Assembling it was not overly challenging, although it did require the assistance of another person. However, I must admit that installing the window hatches proved to be a bit difficult, and the door latch could use some improvement. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would still highly recommend purchasing this greenhouse.
