My return is in the ceiling, the steel one was horrible because it was so heavy and being on a 8ft ladder didn’t help. The aluminum one was installed easily and easy to change filter! +++++++Good price.

That the product was right size this time

Installed a new HVAC system which is in a closet in the hall. The new system is so much more efficent than the 30 year old system to the point. that when it fires up the old vent was restricting air flow and causing the system to sound like a jet taking off. This new register is such an improvement. Airflow is greatly improved and the noise has reduced significantly. was a good choice in swapping out the old register with this

The product had a bent corner but didn't appear to happen during shipping. There was no damage to the shipping box. I had to straighten out the corner and it worked ok.

Simple science, got rid of horrible sucking noise of the old louvered grille. Much quieter.

This vent fit perfectly and doesn't whistle like the louvered vent did.

Got two of them and put them into a rental. They look fantastic! Bright, white, sturdy, and a perfect fit.

VERY STURDY AND PERFECT PERFECT FOR THE SPACE I HAD.

We are renovating an old house and had to reduce the return vent size so we bought this for our floor return vent. Obviously it is not meant to hold the weight of a person, however we have accidentally lightly stepped on it. (No where close to full body weight) and it bent in half. We were able to bend it back a few times but ultimately it broke within a few times. i would just suggest to save your money and invest in a more sturdy one that if you accidentally step on it, its not just wasted money.

Solved a frustrating issue I had with a noisy return vent cover. Flow is completely unrestricted and the cover looks really nice.

I replaced a "humming" louvered grill with this unit.

Advertises that it has a 22” x 12” filter opening. But it doesn’t. You have to bend a 22 x 12 filter to make it fit! Very attractive with a quality feel. It’s very frustrating when the filter doesn’t fit!!

Broke when my 100 pound daughter put one foot on it. Do not use for floor vent.

Much nicer looking that the typical vent. Works well.

I purchased 3 of them to replace the skirting door opening to my manufactured home. My skirting is grey so after I received them I purchased screen tape in grey and covered the large register openings so only wind could pass through since I had just redone all the vapor barrier and AC lines under my home. Then I painted the whole thing grey to match the skirting and they look like it came with the skirt. Perfect fit and easy to install. Very sturdy. However, I did have to use concrete screws and not the ones that came with the item due to where I was placing it.

Seemed well constructed, but it was too big for my needs so it was returned.
