Beautiful addition to my garden

Very easy to assemble and disassemble. I purchased in August and have taken down for the winter (Michigan). It will be stored indoors for longevity of the fountain. Comes in 3 parts so storing is not an issue.

Three years and still going strong.

I bought this three years ago when I was doing my DIY backyard project. It has gone through all different seasons and it is still standing strong. Pump is good, water proof for sure. My lights are out, I need to replace the transformer. I am happy I bought it. It’s the pride of my back yard.

The 60” long rainforest river rock fountain is awesome. The sound is amazing. Easy to put together. The look is so realistic. We are always outside enjoying the sounds and look of the fountain. We did a landscape feature around the fountain. We always get compliments. We would definitely buy it again.

Short lived bliss

We were quite satisfied with the waterfall on day 1. The assembly directions are very limited but we were able to get it assembled and running successfully. The water pump started right up with no priming time.

Beautiful but ….

Beautiful, howeverI noticed that the flow of the water isn’t so good anymore in less than one year. I am not sure if the pump is not strong anymore. In addition, after one week of adding water, I woke up one morning and most of it was gone. Check out this picture .

Fabulous

We've had this for 18 months now, (bought September 2021.) Easy to set up and works every time it's started up. Even after being shut down for 5 months over two winters now, we just started it up again for spring and WOW, all works exactly like we just got it out of the box! Placed in full sun, no fading, no chips or cracks - no leaks. Fabulous fountain, VERY reliable and functions exactly as expected. We Love it and we recommended.

Had small leaks right out of the box

Be careful with this one. After setting it up, there were at least 3 small leaks that I'm dealing with. Alpine says to use SealKrete epoxy to fix the holes. Nice that they had advice on how to fix their brand new product.

Excellent customer service!

We loved the fountain but had leaking issues within a year so we contacted the company and could not be more impressed with the service! They were so responsive and are sending us a replacement. Very refreshing to find such wonderful customer service these days! Highly recommend- and the look of the fountain is very nice!

Beautiful fountain, great service

We have been very happy with this fountain. It is good-sized, looks great and the sound is perfect for drowning out suburban noise. Manufacturer customer service was top notch!

Not so great quality

I bought this fountain in the spring of 2021. It started leaking after 3 months. When I found a leaking spot the silicone didn’t help. The fountain was beautiful in the beginning but lost his original colors by the end of the summer because of the sun. I wish this expensive product has better quality.

Beautiful Addition to our Landscape

We have had this fountain for several months now. It comes well-packaged and is easy to assemble and set up. We really like the coloring. It looks natural and blends well in the rock garden, among flowers and shrubs. The pump has an adjustable flow, although we nearly always run it at max flow rate. The fountain sounds like a babbling brook, which we really enjoy and find very relaxing.

This is a beautiful fountain. Comes in a huge box. Was secured with Styrofoam for all pieces. Beware that additional pump and accessories are hidden below all the styrofoam. Fairly easy to assemble. The top portion only of the fountain had overspray of small speckles of white paint. Contacted the manufacturer and they will send us a touch up paint kit when available. Overall, very please with this unit. Nice touch to our backyard sanctuary!

This water feature is beautiful! We replaced our 90 gallon pond with it, and more we are left wondering why we didn't do it sooner! Set up was extremely easy, and we are looking forward to many seasons of listening to the calming sounds of the waterfall.

Very Satisfied

My wife and I have had few purchases that brought us as much pleasure as this fountain. We were considering a pond with waterfall, would have required much more maintenance! This brings the birds, who put on a show bathing in it. Very realistic stones and logs.
