Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service

I purchased a variety of Best Pro Lighting's products. However, I experienced many failures: numerous bulbs failed prematurely, and the tops of three mushroom lights fell off due to poor glue application. Best Pro Lighting falsely advertised warranties and required me to buy new products at full price. After switching to a third-party brand, I had no failures. Their poor product quality, false warranty claims, and terrible customer service make them a company to avoid.

Just installed on stucco wall, Nice appearance, simple programming, easy access to attach wires, enclosed sensor, because it is heavy-would be better if it had four attachment points on back

Tac welds on mounting bracket was done very poorly the bracket was already broken off in the package which I had for a job then had to return and have my customer wait even longer for them to send a new transformer

Battery Backup with Power Loss is a Plus...

The usual problem with the electronic timers is they lose the settings on even a minute of power loss. If I am away and lose the settings, it never goes on again and someone has to reset it. This one works at sunset and you choose how many hours it stays on. Loss of power and it still will work when power comes back. The analog ones will also, They will again start when the power comes back on but it may be off by several hours.This has a battery backup and it should hold the setting for about 24 hours. That was how long I tested it for.It is very well built and heavier(29) by 5 pounds over my analog 600 watt supply and timer. There are two 300 watt banks. The wiring is easier than my last few because they do not need terminals attached. Strip the wire and slip it in. Well done and Well made.

Exactly what I was looking for, if not a slight bit of overkill. Like Tool Time Tim says "Ugh Ugh Ugh"!

Appears to be built of quality stainless steel and sufficiently weather proof since we are on the gulf coast that is essential due to the moist salty air. Easy straight forward installation and set-up. So far I have 125' of line and 18 5 watt lights on one side and no problems on the 12v pole. It is heavy as lead so be prepared to build a substantial mounting devise or attach to a strong structure.
