Realistic Looking
Looks real. The planter arrived without any marks or dents. My only issue is that there aren't enough rocks to fill in the center. Perhaps more foam should be added by the company so the rocks can sit on top.

We haven’t even had ours 6 months and all the leaves are falling off. They said outdoors but DO NOT recommend them outdoors or they fall apart! Maybe indoors. Unfortunately I bought 4 of them for our outdoor patio and for the price I would expect a longer life. My IKEA plants have lasted years beyond these and much cheaper price tag. Unfortunately they do NOT keep their “nearly natural” look when they fall apart.
Terrible Customer Service
My tree came smashed and damage. It is on a slant, several leaves fell off and not enough rocks to cover the foam in the base. Tried returning or getting a replacement 3 times via email and no response from customer service. They aren’t taking any phone calls because of covid.
