Well-designed table and chairs

I bought this a couple of months ago, and it was a great purchase. Originally, I bought it because it was the right color blue (Florida Gator's blue) to have to entertain outside during the football season. The table is super sturdy and easy to put together (and take apart), and the chairs are comfortable - for metal chairs- and perfectly stack, one on top of the other. Both table and chairs will be easy to store during the winter. I plan on buying another - orange - table and chairs this spring.

every single step in the process had errors

I saw this set at a friend's house & loved it, so ordered one for myself. the first set arrived in 2 separate shipments, so we weren't sure if they lost the table. The table arrived a few days later with no hardware & a giant dent with sharp cracked paint. I have little kids & they definitely could have cut themselves on the sharp edges. No damage to the box, although they said "it must have been damaged via shipping." We got a 2nd set as a replacement. this one had hardware, but the SAME SPOT in the metal table with chipping paint was damaged even worse. They agreed to send a 3rd set a week ago, which Fedex tracking tells me hasn't even shipped yet & the overstock website said was supposed to arrive yesterday. While all of the customer service folks have been lovely & very responsive, I still don't have an undamaged version of the product I bought several weeks ago & instead have large boxes & damaged product piling up in my house. I am sure that Overstock gets to write off their losses to insurance while the customer gets caught in the middle with "great service" but shipping delays & damaged product. All I wanted was a table & chairs for my family to have dinner & instead have had to deal with multi-week hassles, unpacking & repacking huge boxes only to be unhappy with the product. After this experience I will never order from here again. Very unsatisfied with the experience, although I am sure the set I ordered is quite lovely & if I ever get an undamaged version it will look great in my house.

Item is great. Delivery nightmare

I first received the table and legs with 2 chairs and nothing else. I was missing all the hardware to put the table together and 4 chairs. When I called they told me they would look into it. the chairs showed up eventually but still no table hardware. It took weeks for them to send it to me after I had to call 3 times.
