These mirrors are even pretty in person. Well made. They look much more expensive than they are. I am very pleased.

Horrible Customer Service

Ordered two mirrors. One came completely disfigured. Tried to return damaged one and reorder. Horrible customer service. Was lied to about reordering. Was issued a store credit instead of original form of payment. Nightmare! Will NEVER EVER purchase anything from Macy’s ever again! Sad…

Love this piece

I sit the mirror next to my piano and it added such a character to my living room, I cannot stop looking at it. I am so happy with this purchase because I love mirrors.

The distressed gold frame makes it look antique.

The first time I saw this mirror was in a high-end store and I couldn't afford it. I was surprised to stumble on the same mirror here on overstock for almost half the price! I love how the distressed gold frame makes it look antique. It is perfect for my entryway!

Beautiful, heavy, seem to be well made, packaged well, a few flaws woth finish tho

These mirrors are very beautiful, very heavy and they were packaged very well. I know a lot of the reviews state that their mirrors were broken when they received them. However we ordered three of these mirrors for our bedroom and each one of them was package with foam all around it with a box around that, it was then set into another box with foam all around that. So we had no issues whatsoever with any kind of breakage when it came to these mirrors. I do have to agree with some of the other reviews when it speaks about the mirrors not laying flat against the wall once they are hung. Due to the nature in which the hooks on the back are placed so that the mirror can be hung either vertically or horizontally. So they do seem as though they’re going to lift up off of the wall somewhat. But I don’t think it will be too much of an issue. If you knew for certain you wanted to have it only ever hung one way you could take a hacksaw and cut the hooks off of the other way for hanging if you really wanted and then it would lay a little bit flatter. My only criticism with regards to the mirrors is that it seems as though the paint that’s on the surface of them is chipping in some areas I will attach images so that people can see what I’m talking about but all in all I would say we are pretty happy with the mirrors overall they seem to be constructed rather well and look absolutely gorgeous in person. They are a little bit difficult to clean I would suggest getting a microfiber lint free cloth to clean them and you’re gonna have to do a couple of times

The mirrors are very heavy and glass is distorted but Very nice quality. Perfect for my application next to my front door as sidelights. Need to prepare wall to hold it.

great look

Supper heavy, and no screws were sent with it. I used it horizontal instead of vertical, it looks great on the wall above my stairs, all in all it was a great purchase.

Poor packaging for fragile item

This mirror is beautiful but sadly, it arrived broken. I will beware of and avoid this seller (Gifts, Decor and More, LLC) at all costs. So disappointing.
