If I could give zero stars I would. At this price, I didn't expect a Cadillac of a product but I expected something decent. From day one, it creaks really loud when you sit or get up from sitting. Sounds like someone is knocking at the door. They sent a tech who tried to repair it. It still creaked but not as bad?. For a few days. It's right back to sounding like someone is knocking at the door. The right side cushion doesn't stay in place either and needs pushed back into place every time you use it.

Loveseat Review
Very Unhappy. Long time AFW customer and this is first time I have had a problem. Bought early Oct 2023 and exchanged in Jan 2024 because of sound in the left arm. Manager very helpful but new loveseat has the same problem. Looks like mfgr QC program and your company who bought them for resale is lacking. Have not complained about the second one because I would probably end upwith another bad one. Also had to have recliner bought at the same time had to be replaced because of faulty mechanism. Suspect that quality of your furniture is becoming a question mark.
