This tub is comfortable to sit in and holds the heat well. The bottom is extremely slippery so be sure to get a mat or no-slip decals. Keep in mind that there's no place to set bath items and the slim sides do not provide anything to grip. Our plumber installed different tubing for the drain because what came with the tub was not adequate. It can be placed directly on the floor, but we decided to use the feet so it's "floating" slightly. Before it was installed, we sat in it to see how it felt and the tub tipped off the floor when we stood up to get out. With water in the tub, this would probably not happen, but we decided to use silicon to secure the feet in place.

Customer service through streamline was excellent . This company is very communicative making sure you are fully satisfied. It was shipped and the packaging was heavy duty protecting the tub. The edges of the tub a slightly rounded so not to dig into your arms . The bamboo tray is solid and well made .

Not installed but looks to be decent quality. Hoping it performs well once in use.

I am so pleased with this purchase of the Freestanding Bathtub! From the start of the order Streamline and Wayfair have been great to work with. The delivery team was terrific as well. The tub just got installed today and I haven't used it yet but it's beautiful sitting in my bathroom. I would highly recommend if you are looking to buy a freestanding tub consider this brand and Wayfair!

Love my soaking tub. It fit perfectly under the window in my bathroom. The water stays hot so I can soak longer unlike the metal tubs.

Arrived damaged

After long consideration, we decided on this streamline tub. Last piece to finishing off the master bathroom and a few days after it should’ve been delivered, it arrived damaged. Delivered by Estes delivery service. Upon arriving, I asked the driver that I’d like to open box to check for damages. He said “sure no problem, Streamline has a reputation of non damage items”. But he had already in his system delivered as okay. Upon our inspection, the tub had a 16inch break right on the outside of the tub. Extremely noticeable! Now why would Streamline send something like this out. Tried reaching out to streamline but no LUCK 310-935-0028. I will continue to do some more research and find another freestanding tub.

Fantastic bathtub! Its absolutely the perfect size for me, and I love the slightly rolled edges, as opposed to sharp edges I saw on a lot of other tubs. Great purchase!

I'm giving this five stars for delivery and first appearances but please be advised it is still in the box (that didn't prevent me from testing it out though) - I think it will be the perfect fit when it is installed in a couple of weeks. Can't wait for a bubble bath!
