Does not drain completely

The tub looks great and delivery process was easy however when tub is level it is not pitched enough to allow the water to drain out completely leaving a puddle in the tub

Beware that center drain is not center to outer dimensions. It’s center to bottom of tub. Drawings are off in that respect also. Definitely remove, grease and reinstall all underneath fittings. Some were loose. Nice tub.

Would have given it 5 stars but...

This tub was a perfect fit! Great value, great design and very well made. Got everything installed only to have both supply lines leak badly once connected. We did not overtighten them and reinstalled several times. Still leaked badly behind the nut. Not wanting to return the tub, we eventually went to Home Depot to get 4 supply lines to combine them together to form 2 lines long enough to reach. Spent over an hour snaking into tub to disconnect them and install the new ones. If I was a bigger guy my arms would not have been able to get them. On the first try, new lines had absolutely no leaks. We love the tub but Empava should include higher quality supply lines with standard black coned washers on the inside for a perfect seal. Would have saved me or a plumber hours!

Happy with it

Great tub. When I relax, I sink under water as my toes reach for the end of the tub! On another note, I did install batting between the tub and the shell before it was installed, and the water stays warmer a lot longer than my previous uninsulated tub did. It was easy to hook up. I'm very happy with it.
