Love from a distance - I have outside. When you get up close you see that it’s plastic

Returned it without even taking it out of the box. It was well packaged and shipped but even investigating through the plastic wrap, we could see that it did not match the realistic look from the on-line pictures. This artificial tree would definitely not fool anyone.

Didn't meet expectations

The plastic leaves that fell off the tree during shipping filled a gallon sized zippered bag. They look and feel like plastic which was a disappointment since the photo makes them look so "nearly natural".

Terrible, don't waste your money. All of the leaves were falling off as soon as I took it out of the box. Couldn't even fluff it. It was a return

The tree itself looks nice but the amount of leaves that have fallen off is ridiculous. Every time we try and shape it we lose another handful.

This was absolute garbage! All the leaves fell off as soon as it was taken out of the box.

I really do love nearly natural products, however this order had a huge amount of leaves loose in the box. Glue was visible and the stems could have been much more secured. Just not the quality I have come to appreciate . In fact I disposed of it because I was so frustrated. I would love to have a larger selection of uv resistant plants. I have spent a ton of money on them but running out of choices. Thank you

Faux tree

From the first enquiry to the product arriving this Company were outstanding. The faux tree arrived the day after I placed my order, I was updated on its progress and the packaging meant it arrived safely. The staff were extremely informative and helpful, I would recommend to anyone considering dressing their garden with artificial plants/trees.

. this is probably the only purchase that I’ve made that doesn’t look real. It looks great but you can tell by looking it’s not real. It also had an odor so I’m glad it’s an outdoor plant as well because it’s outside on my patio and it looks very nice there and it’s hiding among real plants, so it actually looks very nice

Looks great from a distance. Branches and leaf clusters are nicely placed. Trunk looks good except for what I assume are supposed to be twisty vines around the trunk - those look like painted plastic tubes. And the points where the leaf stems connect to the branches are not well disguised. Overall it looks great from a distance but at this price point I would expect it to look better close up. We’ve bought other products from this retailer and those have been better.

The tree is beautiful but

The tree is beautiful but when I tried to pull the branches and different sections apart to fluff up , one of the bigger branches collapsed. Also the base it came in is way to small. The plant is top heavy and keeps falling over so I had to put in larger container then fill in around it to stabilize it.

Looks like the real thing

I have a very lush, tropical yard so I was a little worried these would look fake on my patio. They don’t. They are amazing. I bought 4 different kinds (the palm is pictured) and couldn’t be happier.

Buy ruscus tree looks quiet sophisticated in my planter. Probably the nicest looking artificial plant on my floor Once I got it open and spread out. I will be ordering another one for the other side of my front door

Love it!!!

Perfect addition to our deck. It is exactly what we needed for a pop of color. It took about 5 minutes to fluff out. We only lost a few leaves in the process. It looks really natural. We have only had it a few weeks, but so far held up fine after 2 rainstorms.

Happy with the tree!

This Ruscus Artificial tree is very sturdy and attractive. It is treated for outdoor use, so am anxious to see how well it holds up outside. It is tall, full, and leaves are easy to shape. I will be a great addition to my no maintenance garden!!

Would not buy it again

Looks artificial. Was missing one branch. Can’t get the leaves and small branches to fan out like a real plant. They just spring back into tight clusters. Can clearly see the end of some of the plastic tubes that form part of plant.
