Perfect size & looks very festive. Easy to put up & take down - the only problem is that I forgot how flocked trees "shed"!

Adapter missing - refusing refund after return

I was sent a return label did everything that was instructed. Adapter missing reason for return. I spoke to several QVC customer service agents. They did credit my account and stated it was returned to the wrong place. Returning it back to me which makes no sense and won’t give me credit until it’s returned again. Tree has never been sent back and they won’t refund. This a scam never will I order from this company again. Tree was over $300.

Bad purchased. Returned.

Tree is poorly flocked. Lights are covered with flock and needles are so bad looking. Immediately returned.

For the money it cost me, it is less that expected. Its pretty but very little flocking. if you want a flocked tree, better buy you a can of flocking and do it your self. ii put the tree together and started decorating and then realized some of the tips were falling off. Only 4 and i will try to gide the bare spots with ornaments. l definately would return to lowes for full refund but the original box it came in was disposed of. never occured to me that a tree sold by lowes and made by

Great tree. Well made. Easy to assemble. Price was reasonable. Easy to unbox. Delivered on time and in tact. Ornaments look lovely on the branches. The branches are substantial and realistic. Exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful Tree

This tree is beautiful! It's very easy to assemble and easy to fluff. The lights are beautiful and the flocking looks real. It's the perfect amount of lights and just an all around beautiful tree!

Beautiful Christmas tree for a great price!

We looked for a long time for a nice Christmas tree. This one was perfect as it was large enough for our area, and I loved the flocking on it. It’s absolutely beautiful and a great price too!

I wanted to love this tree. Don’t get me wrong, it is nice enough with the LED feature. But it looks sooooo fake and smells fake, too. The flocking was sort of skimpy, but I was glad it stayed mostly put.

Our Beautiful Flocked Tree

This tree is Absolutely Gorgeous. It looks beautiful in our home. It's the perfect size. The first flocked tree we've purchased, well worth the money. We love it. I would highly recommend this tree.

Full and nicely flocked tree

Have always wanted a flocked Christmas tree and this year we order this one and am so glad we did. Great quality, easy to assemble, and after a bit of fluffing and twisting to get the branches where you want it is a full great looking tree. We love it. It was easy to light just by placing the three "trunks" together. The footswitch for on/off was a bonus as well as the different light modes. It is not a "fat" tree but not too skinny either, just right for our corner in the living room. You will not be disappointed in purchasing this.

Beautiful tree for a great price!

This tree is gorgeous!!! Very easy to setup, the flocking doesn't shed terribly and the various light modes was a nice surprise. This tree is perfect if you still want to make a statement without taking up a lot of space. The tree is VERY full, so you will spend some time fluffing it out.

Great quality. The flocking material is not the normal flocking material. It looks amazing and does not shed like normal trees. Extremely happy with the tree.

This tree is surprisingly very pretty and full and does not need much to fluff it. The flocking came off alittle while putting it up but not to much falling off after wards. It looks very pretty even without decorations, very nice tree!

This the most beautiful tree I have ever owned! The flocking is the perfect amount and there are lots of branches. It had a little filling that came off as I decorated it but very little for a flocked tree like this. I love that there are 3 settings for the LED lights to choose from. You will not regret buying this tree. It did take about 30 to 45 minutes to fluff all of the many branches, but it is well worth taking the time to get the desired look. I did a peppermint theme on this tree.
