Lights not working
Purchased this in December last year and opened this year to put up and a whole section of lights are out. We've checked all connections and still no clue why they're out. This should not happen with a tree this price.
The tree is full and beautiful. Putting the tree together (fluffing and assembly) took several hours. I don’t mind spending the time it takes to make the tree pretty. The major drawback for me is the weight! It is extremely heavy. I will probably try to find a new tree next year or either revert back to last years tree.
