A very nice tree...but
Last year I ordered this tree in July so I would be able to return, if necessary. Very nicely packed, lights appeared nicely strung. I set up the bottom part, plugged it in, and one section of lights didn't work. Tried my Lighter Keeper and other things with no success. I sent it back for an exchange. Replacement arrived. The box was fine, but the tree wasn't nearly as nicely packed. The sections were loosely wrapped in bubble wrap - the plastic "string" binding each section was missing, as though it had been "refurbished" at the factory. The lights looked as though strung by a 5 year old and were sparce. I used the tree last year, but knew I would have to add more lights this year. I just finished setting up the tree and adding more lights - 800 total. The top section only had lights on one side so I completely replaced them. All lights worked from last year. It's a nice tree and seems well made. Looks much better with double the lights. Was able to string the extra lights so they don't have to be removed when I take the tree down.
DO NOT BUY NATIONAL TREE COMPANY
Purchased 12/29/21. Tree was used two season - 2020 and 2021. Kept in storage in original box. Got it out for 2022 and 2/3 of the lights do not work. Changed bulbs, changed fuses, tried different plug in and outlet arrangements. Nothing. Called National Tree Company multiple times - was put on hold for 20+ minutes every time and then the line disconnected. Emailed. No response. Sent Facebook messages. Commented on Facebook posts of theirs. Nothing. Mailed a letter. Finally got a call from a guy who offered to send two strings of lights as replacements & he said they could check the warranty on it in JANUARY.
Keep Browsing
In 2019 I bought a 7.5 pre-lit Dunhill christmas tree...I can't remember exactly how much I paid for it but the main reason I bought it was the description said "if 1 light goes out, the others will still light up". well I just put up the bottom of my tree and half of it is dark. I have checked and all the plugs are plugged in but now I am going to have to go out and purchase strands of lights to have a nice lit tree this year. I am so furious right now. I don't have money to throw out for new trees or more lights..I have lung cancer, getting ready to go through radiation treatments and a broken fibula and I live on a fixed income. Michael's needs to re word their description of this tree.

We purchased this tree to replace an old one that had lighting problems. We did take it out of the box for storage and like the feel and three piece design and improved lighting . One bulb is not supposed to affect an entire strand from lighting. These are the same trees sold for much higher prices at local garden centers. Highly recommend buying through Home Depot , you can order from National Tree in California , but arrived quickly and with free shipping from Home Depot . Since we’re a long way from Christmas we have not assembled or plugged the tree in , but it is replacing one I purchased directly from National Tree that lasted over a decade.
It's as real as it gets!
We spent 50+ hours researching artificial Christmas trees in the following three categories: Realism, quality, and manufacturer's reputation. What we discovered was a wide variance of fair to good quality but horrendous reviews. We noticed, too, that many of these trees were discounted or clearance.
Faulty lights
If I could give it a 0, I would. I bought this tree and year it was absolutely beautiful. Year two a section of lights went out, but I was able to maneuver it to a corner so it wasn’t noticeable. I went to pull it out this year and the entire bottom was out. I called customer service at Walmart, and they said it was out of warranty so call the manufacturer. The manufacturer offers two years light, and I was just within that time frame. There idea of warranty was sending me a string of lights for the entire bottom half of the tree. For a tree well over $200 this is disappointing that neither the seller or manufacturer would help me. Don’t buy if you want something that will last.
