Nice but could be better

There are a lot of instructions about how to fluff and while we will work on it, this tree is far too expensive to have so many gaps. In particular, there are some major gaps between the third and fourth attachments. Otherwise, it is a beautiful tree and we are so glad to have gotten it on sale, as we can justify having it for a few years and then purchasing another. It does feel real at the edges, is very sturdy, and is grand. The middle is filler branches with less of a real look, but it doesn't compromise the tree. The ready lights are amazing and I assume that it will be relatively easy to break apart. So flaws, but ones that may work out.

Pretty tree with a lot of lights!

I love this tree! It's pretty realistic for a fir tree, though not as full as the photos depict. But it has the perfect amount of lights and is very sturdy. I wouldn't have bought it at full price, but the sale price was too good to pass up. Overall, my family and I really love it!

Beautiful Tree!

The tree is beautiful, full and looks perfect. Nice space between branches for larger ornaments.

Absolute Shock & Disappointment

The tree arrived well packaged and quickly. However, the photograph on Macy’s does not come close to what was delivered. The branches were puny and sparse. It looked and felt so very “fake.” Even with the obligatory “fluff”, I was left feeling like it could only have belonged in the fictional Cratchit home.

Beautiful Tree not size stated

Tree is very pretty and good quality. The branches are realistic looking however the tree is a lot smaller than stated in the listing. It’s only 24” wide not 34” I’m going to keep it but it will not work for the purpose I bought it for. My husband calls it a Charlie Brown tree!

When I first took it out of the box, I wasn’t sure how it was going to be, but after fluffing up the branches, and giving it a little tender, loving care, it wound up being a beautiful tree! It is too thin and not too fat at the bottom just perfect size! Definitely recommend it!!

Wouldn't buy

A lot smaller than expected. Didn't have a plug on the bottom for the other two plugs to plug into. Came with the wrong instructions. Wouldn't recommend. Especially for that outrageous price.

I would never buy this product ever again !

I was expecting a 6 ft beautiful Christmas tree & that is not what I received at all. I am 5 ft 8 & I am taller than my tree. I called in & because they no longer have this product I am receiving a 30 dollar coupon for my next purchase. Now while I am thankful for that I would have been more appreciative if I would have received what I ordered. My husband said it looks like Charlie Brown's Christmas tree............

I wouldn't buy this product again

False advertisement it isn't what I thought I wanted at all. I dislike the whole tree. Wish I could have sent it back for a full refund. It was worth my money at all.

I ABSOLUTELY would NOT recommend this product

The tree I received was not the tree in the picture. Not as full. The tree I received was a cheap looking. I was embarrassed to post pictures. I will never use it again!

I will not buy this product again

I will not buy this product again. It is supposed to be 6 feet tall. I bought it for my granddaughter and she is barely 5 feet. This tree is inches taller than she is. I am so disappointed. The box it came in was destroyed so I can't even return it in the original package.

Not what the picture depicted

I'm not really impressed with this tree. It's crooked, the limbs are not easy to spread out and it's pretty sparse. For the price, I expected it to be nice and full, but it's definitely not full. The lights are pretty sparse as well. Not satisfied at all.

I definately will NOT buy again

There is a huge bare space in the middle and the tree looks like a Charlie Brown tree. NOTHING like the photo!! Do not buy this! I'm very disappointed.

Love our first artificial tree

My wife and I have always been real tree people, but the recent addition of our heat pump units made an artificial one necessary. We were pleasantly surprised by how real they made the branch tips look. We were a little skeptical having only seen old artificial trees in the past that look incredibly fake. The light placement is also really well done and you hardly see the cords. As long as you take the time to properly fluff the branches, which went quick considering it was our first time, the tree will look great. We chose this one specifically for its size considering the small space we have for one and many other models being in the 60+ inch diameter range.

Waste of time and purchase

This tree should be removed from the website. It is not as pictured and is too skinny and small. This tree went on a diet before it was manufactured! OVERPRICED!!!

Tree is nice but item description is misleading

I ordered this tree to replace our older office Christmas tree. The tree was easy to put together and (after arranging the tips) is actually very nice and full looking. However, one of the main reasons I ordered this particular tree was because I have limited options for storage and it stated that it would be "Packed in reusable storage carton". I was disappointed to find out that its simply a cardboard box. The description is misleading and I was expecting an actual storage carton. Overall, I'm satisfied with the tree but feel the item description is misleading.
