Absolutely love it’s a beautiful tree

Looks like a real one!

I love this tree! The flocking hasn’t fallen off (yes, you will lose a little bit when setting it up) and it’s the perfect choice for displaying my ornaments. I have had several people mistake the tree for a real one.

Brown snow

My tree arrived with splotches of brown snow all throughout. The most disappointing thing was the customer service. They took several days to get back to me to approve the return, and once they did, they sent me an email where I filled out a return form to wait for another approval. Meanwhile, the tree went on sale and they wouldn’t price match!!! The tree shape itself was beautiful. I ordered it again but this time without snow.

Horrible Customer Service

My tree was missing the cord that plugs into the wall. I contacted customer service and still do not have a cord. Unacceptable.

Beware!!

Wanted to return the item since day 1 and they are giving me a hard time! Do but buy the sale as it is not a returnable item!! It is not even showing on the website that the sale items cannot be returned. I was trying to get there mailing address and they won't give me.

This tree is very beautiful and fun to fluff out the branches. Our first artificial tree and it just looks so perfect. Can’t wait to see it all decorated!

Worst Customer Service Ever

I bought a tree 3 days ago on Black Friday sale for $274. 99, today I get an email from K of C saying the tree I bought is now $174. Since I haven’t received said tree I called to see about getting a $125 credit. NOPE, won’t do it! Why send the email and rub it in my face then?? Worst customer service EVER!!!

Buyer beware if you want a working remote!

Buyer beware if you want a remote that works. I just assembled my new tree, pulled the plastic protector out of the remote and the remote failed to work. I was able to jimmy the battery compartment open to assess the size to replace it but when I went to actually replace it a week later, I could not get it open and the plastic broke while trying to do so. I went online to order a replacement with no luck. I phoned them and they are requiring me to fill out a trouble shooting form and attach "documentation" showing it doesn't work. I asked to simply buy a replacement and they refused. To turn the tree off requires manually pushing the button through 12 settings. So if you don't mind that plus fluff everywhere, it is a pretty tree. But warning, don't look for a replacement if you lose it or it breaks without significant hassle. Companies that add "friction" do it for a reason, and that is never great for the unassuming consumer.

This tree is beautifully made. It barely shed at all while shaping it. Each section easily plugs into the other and there is no dealing with light cords. Also the tree came really quickly. It was delivered three days after I ordered it. A blogger I follow by the name of frappsandfrills on Instagram recommended this tree! It was a great recommendation! Bummed

I have been wanting this tree for years. I finally ordered it, it got to my house quickly and I was eager to put it up. However, I was/am so disappointed. I got a flocked tree and the top and bottom are bright white and the middle looks old and dirty white. I considered returning it, but what a hassle. Oh well!

Stunning tree!

I absolutely love my tree, its so beautiful and realistic looking. Very well made, light weight for me to handle on my own which was a huge plus. Easy to put together, it came with gloves to style the tree, and a great bag to store the tree in when I take it down. It looks beautiful in our home and I'm so very fortunate to have a King Of Christmas tree.

Tree will not Light

I love the tree but the bottom will not light. I have emailed and was given some trouble shooting tips that did not work. I now cannot get a response through the trouble shooting process. It has been a week and the issue is not resolved. I am very unhappy after spending $600.
