[Rewarded Review] Great little tree, healthy, well packaged.

Tree arrived on time and well packaged. Not as full as the one pictured, but healthy nonetheless. It is about 4 ft tall (from soil level). Put it in the ground the same day and hoping to watch it grow, quickly.

Healthy Arborvitae, packaged with care.

This is the 19th Arborvitae that I've purchased from Home Depot. It arrived in a container that was packaged with care, and the Arborvitae couldn't be any healthier.

Disappointed with size. Customer service told me they will grow. What kind of a statement is that for a customer complaining about size. This is a seven gallon container. The plant that is in a three gallon container at the store is the same size. Sad.

The height indicated in the description was from the bottom of the pot, so bushes are about 32-34" tall (smaller than I hoped). Root ball was broken apart from shipping, so they were a little unstable when planted. They looked healthy, but a little pricey for the size. They were packaged well for shipping.

Shrubs died after planting.

the seller is cheating

The seller is deceiving customers. The plant is tall and has a root system for 1 gallon. You pull this plant out of the pot and 2/3 of the soil remains in the pot, and you have a bare root system in your hands. It is very frustrating when you pay for a plant worth 7 gallons and receive a plant sized 1 gallon. And Home Depot does nothing about it. Return!

Thriving and vibrant privacy bush

Delivered in great shape and growing green and strong a month later, under Mulberry shade. Arrived a few feet tall. This time next year it will block my view of the neighbor across the street.

Plant arrived on time. packaged outstanding. Healthy and in tact. Very satisfied.

The soil was bagged and moist and the plant was very green and healthy. I was a little surprised by the size and fullness given some reviews saying they were smaller than expected. Only issue I have is that I wish I had purchased more of them.

Bought 10; two didn’t do well. Home Depot replaced em free of charge. Very pleased.

Arrived healthy; one was crushed on one side, apparently shipped on its side in a badly damaged box. Once in the ground and removal of a couple of branch pieces, they are both doing well.

The plants arrived quickly, they were packed securely, well protected and well hydrated. The plants are very full, lush plants, extremely healthy. I removed them from their boxes right away, but let them acclimate a couple of days before planting. The plants have amazing root growth, but we’re not root bound. The plants have large, sturdy main trunks and already have a tight shape. I had previously purchased the smaller 30 dollar version at the local store. The doubled price is definitely worth the money in size and quality alone, not to mention these were delivered to my driveway. If the ups driver would have taken the offer of a cold beer or two to plant them, that would have been icing on the cake, but no such luck.

Huge variation in size. We ordered 12 and some were way smaller than expected. I could have saved a lot of money by ordering smaller ones instead of paying for the bigger ones that weren’t bigger at all. All of them looked very healthy on arrival.
