Quality!

Really great quality, has a good weight, and handle feels great in hand. Bought this for my daily morning breakfast veggie-egg scramble. The only thing is I struggle to get it clean when food sticks on it.

Questionable Quality

Took weeks to ship. Loose piece of metal inside handle. They gave me 20 bucks back. Wouldn’t purchase again.

They do not honor their lifetime warranty

After two weeks of fighting back and forth through emails. I have been told to fix the issue myself. When you call the customer service line, it says no one is available to take your call and you have to leave a voicemail. One of my two pans is not oil-singed and I have spent hours trying to get it off with no success. They will not honor their policy and it means nothing. Love how companies like this have a "lifetime warranty" with ZERO intentions of honoring it.

Non-toxic and non-stick

So glad I finally splurged and purchased my new set. I love the vapor seal technology, my rice finally comes out fluffy instead of sticky and mushy. My eggs don’t stick to the pan even with using very little oil/butter. And all of this while being 100% non-toxic! Can’t beat that!

5 Stars for my 360 cookware purchase.

Love my 7" skillet. It is well-made heavy-duty that will likely outlast me! So happy to find cookware made in USA. Also, grateful to 360 Cookware for packing it in heavy-duty cardboard; nice I will not have to deal with a return due to damage. Ditto for my half cookie sheet.
