Horrible packaging
This item was horrible quality. I had to have 4 units shipped to me before there were 2 that were acceptable. The quality of this item is acceptable but the process was horrible. They cancelled my order, items arrived broken every time and the last shipment arrived on my porch literally falling out of the box.
Product have scratches and doesn’t have tools to fix it. No screws/ bolts / handles.
Poor packaging and handling
Packaging was terrible. ends of all 3 boxes were broken open and retaped. Corner damage on one too bad to repair plus a side panel was cracked. Seller needs to strap the length of packages in addition to the 2 straps around box. now I'm expected to have a printer to make return label and have a means to rebox and seal for return processing...
Better than expected
Nice size cabinet with spacious shelves. Using in the bathroom for towels, etc. but may order a second one for a shoe closet.
All Hardware is Missing!
I can't put the organizer together because it arrived with absolutely NO hardware. Not one "wood" piece inside was unmarred. The size is perfect for my space but don't think it's worth $100, especially if you have to contact customer service to get the pieces to put it together and then paint it to cover up all the scratches. Will be looking for something else that's this size but better quality. Two starts simply because the size was right for me.
