Delivery company refused to set up. Said they were too busy, left unopened box in the middle of my living. Reached out to customer service they did nothing to help. Assembled it myself.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture! It came well packaged with good instructions for assembly. It took about 2 12 hours to assemble. Very happy with finished product!

I love this bookcase. The depth, 12inches is just perfect for behind the couch. I didn’t want it sticking out very far into the walking area. Nice color, good heavy quality. Exactly what I wanted. I would recommend this bookcase.

This item does not assemble correctly. Heavy and such a pain to unpack this item only to see the cheap quality or the wood and to attempt the assembly only to figure out it is mis-aligned. What a hassle to even get the issue resolved thru their chat support or on the phone. I was expecting much better quality for the price and the assembly is absolute trash.

Very sturdy and the perfect size for my tv. I didn’t like the see through window aspect, so i bought window film and covered them. Looks cleaner in my opinion.

Arrived damaged and can’t put it together because it’s made wrong - can’t attach the door because hardware on upside down. Can’t get hold of a live person about replacement parts. Chat service just keeps telling me to contact resolution management which I did and I’ve heard nothing back . So now I have a large damaged useless piece of furniture in my living room that I’ve been waiting for weeks for that’s going to be difficult to return.

The item needed to be assembled. Alignment was off on all pieces. The top is resting on the base. For the price, it should have better craftsmanship. I filled out a form, and they want to send replacement parts; I am still determining what part they will send. All alignment was off. I tried talking to a real person, and I went to a VM after waiting several minutes.
