Love my entertainment center . Very easy to put together . Fireplace is beautiful and puts out nice warmth. Shipping was longer than quoted when I ordered . It said within a week but took a month . I was quoted free shipping as well but was called and told I had to pay $50 due to the product not being in my state. The price was still a great deal so I paid it . And Im happy with my purchase .

This is a beautiful wall unit that makes my new townhome feel cozy!! I love the farmhouse vibe! It was fairly easy to put together the instructions aren't perfect but you can figure it out. I wish the back panel to the console was a little sturdier with the cutouts already in place but it's not a deal breaker by any means! Overall I love it and would recommend it as it is the perfect addition!!

The quality of the wood is okay. Came with some scratches and the top pier was completely cracked but they replaced it. Overall the unit looks very nice and the color compliments a variety of room styles. Lots of storage for books and other items.

Great purchase

I love it, it worked out great for my living room. Especially the electric fireplace. I dont have a heating unit in the living room and dining area of my apartment. The other night it got cold and we used the fireplace and it heated the 2 rooms nicely. The unit looks sharp and well put together.

Not enough communication

I love My entertainment set so much. That I wish I could rate this as a 5. I get the whole covid delayed a bunch of stuff. But I never received my item till 3 months later after purchase. So I ordered the product Coleman placed a hold on the amount in my bank and did not complete the purchase till 3 months later. We couldn’t get in touch with customer care or the online chat if it had to do we the status of my purchase. I had to go on online chat and act like I was buying a new product to get a rep to talk to me. When I send a letter telling them I will contact the BBB and FTC the very next day I receive a call about the status. Besides customer care and delayed shipping the product is beautiful and worth the purchase.
