This fan is attractive and hangs in our pool pagoda. However, I do wish it was faster and generated a bit more air movement for us. I am still quite pleased with it as this was an exact replacement of the original one we had. It lasted for 5 years with no problems.

Excellent coverage of air movement in double garage. Only problem occurred when installed fan and exactly one week later battery died and fan remote didn’t work. Changed battery and all was well.

The only issue I have with this fan is there is no light kit available that I can find. the fan comes equipped for a light kit but where do I find one?

Spins insanely slow

Have it in a garage with 13 foot ceilings. On the highest settings you can’t even tell it on at all. The controller is solid and works, blows no air at all

Thats fan looks cool in our barn, but doesn't move enough air to justify the cost. Its not a big a&& fam

Installation was easy. Fan is very quiet. I do like the remote, although I would have liked a wireless remote.

No replacement parts

No replacement parts. Proprietary switches. I purchased and installed 18 of these fans, and they have been nothing but problems. If something breaks, you have to buy a new fan to get the replacement part. Very disappointed with the lack of service after the purchase.

This is one of the worst fan designs ever. It needs power at the fan not the switch.

The fans purpose is to gently move air in a shop not create typhoon speed winds. If more people would read the description this fan would have a higher star rating but unfortunately people see a big fan and think its supposed to be a huge wind producing thing. Great Product!!

Shop Fan

Nice looking and fits the space well. I am little disappointed that it does not move more air. It is in a shop 30' x 40' about 10' from the floor. Can feel the air well right under it, but there isn't noticeable air movement when yo move back 15' from the center. It is probably just a perception.

the instructions were not clear on wiring the wall control...

the instructions were not clear on wiring the wall control unit. both wires were black. Instructions did not indicate which black wire to 120 and which one to the fan. It does matter. I had to switch wires to make it work. Only other complaint was the large Hubbell logos on the fan blades. Sanded them off and repainted the underside of the blades. Now very happy with the fan.

All show and no blow

Like you, I read the mixed reviews for this fan. Based on recommendations from my electrician (who said these are awesome) I decided to go for it and purchase these in spite of the numerous reviews warning that these fans don't perform well at all. Unfortunately, these are all show and no blow. I have two of these hung with the drops they come with from a 14' ceiling in a 40x40 shop and they are effectively worthless. Perhaps a longer drop rod would help but I wouldn't risk buying these. (I always run them on max speed, and you can barely feel any air movement.)
