not a good buy

poor quality, damaged on delivery. called customer service and they could not help. I had also purchased extra warranty and Walmart could not entertain anything.

It’s not wood it’s hard plastic legs. Came broken I had to glue them.

Garrison Oak 72" Console Table

No complaint about the product But the problem was the customers service reps. who handled the order. The company couldn't deliver on the delivery time promised as posted on their site and gave me another day that doesn't fit my schedule because I WAS OUT OF TOWN. After several emails and phone calls. I was clear in my emails and calls that the new delivery day is not possible and if they leave the item in front of the house, it could be lost. Guess what, all the emails and phone calls were ignored and they delivered the box regardless of my request. If anyone in this business cares, he may retrieve the recorded conversations and emails on file to see how the customers service responded, "or ignored my requests". Anyway, I returned eight days after the delivery and the neighbors said they noticed the box in front of the house and took care of the issue for me. I am giving it one star because there is no less rating I can give. I closed the account an unsubscribed from mailing lists.

I love the style and size. It unfortunately arrived damaged exposing the manufactured wood.

This is the best console table ever. I am amazed at how high the quality of it is. Everyone needs this immediately. It did come with one damaged leg but I sent an email to customer support and they immediately shipped out a new one and I even received the replacement leg before the original delivery date of the whole table!!! Can't say enough about my experience. Will be purchasing a lot more furniture from hayneedle.

I absolutely love the look of this table. What do I not love? Not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4 but 5 broken pieces! The box was not broken up in any way so this was from the company. So, I call to return it and Hayneedle tells me I need to box it all back up (really?) take it to a FedEx store (it is 7 feet long and very heavy and will not fit in my car) and return it ro get a refund. I'm sorry but that is archaic. Most companies offer a prompt refund and just tell you to throw away the furniture. So, today, in 100 degree heat I did my best to cram it all back in the box to send back and wait a week or so to get my money back. Hayneedle has lost a customer and Acme makes junk furniture.

I use it as my family portrait table. Looks great. I had a friend to assemble. Definitely recommend.

Nice table, but minor damage

Nice table and finish, but there was minor damage on two legs: a small chip of wood missing on one, and a larger chunk broken off another but able to glue it back. I was able to turn both legs to the wall so the damage can't be seen, but the company never responded to my email concerning the damage. Table still looks good, but minor damage nevertheless.

Beautiful Entryway Table

Table is exactly what I hoped for. Color is just like picture. Easy to assemble. Fits perfectly in our spot. Buffet lamps fit nicely on it. Would definitely recommend this.

Beautiful Console Table

It took me ages to find a console table in this size and in wood. It is absolutely beautiful and easy to assemble. Its very solid and sturdy not to mention how attractive it is. I have to mention that it did arrive at my home damaged and Overstock was quick to replace it once I contacted them. I felt it unfair to rate it anything less that five stars simply because of that. I would highly recommend. The design speaks for itself....perfect.
