Exact replacement, long lasting product
The original board lasted almost 20 years and I'm expecting this board to last as long. It is an exact replacement for the original board from the same manufacturer. It also came with new mounting hardware to complete the refresh.
It was the wrong size
It was the wrong size and had to be returned. Waiting on the replacement now.

This is a replacement for an old diving board that was beginning to crack. This new one was competitively priced, quickly shipped, and easy to install by two adults. It looks so nice and seems to work fine! Thanks!
Freight Company Failure
The diving board arrived damaged, most likely damaged by freight carrier. After Leslie’s arranged for pick up by a different freight company, we stayed home an entire day and no one showed up. We made numerous phone calls to freight carrier and finally connected. They said they didn’t have anyone in our area that day. They should have communicated with us! On a positive note, Leslie’s Specialist Arthur A was apologetic and has made arrangements to have damaged item picked up upon our return from a 3 week vacation and a new item delivered.
Good product at a good price
Product is exactly as described. It has not been installed yet but I see no flaws and fully expect it to perform as it should.

Really disappointed with service! I would give you zero stars but that’s not an option. I can’t rate the diving board because it never came. Contacted customer service and just got the run around and no answers! Very dissatisfied with the whole experience! Would love a call from management!
The board has a very rough, non-slip surface, much more than I expected. It’s not as heavy as my previous board, either, which concerns me about its quality of strength. The measurements and and fit were as stated, no issues there. Overall it does its job and has had no problems.
Haven't received it yet, going on 2 months. So this rating is actually for fulfilling the order.
